Bad experience! Bought a used camper, waited 2 hours to have it installed even though we had an appointment. They broke our tail light installing the camper, didn’t install it onto our truck bed correctly and left us to fix it ourselves. When we gave them an opportunity to make things right with us they didn’t do anything to help. Not even replace the taillight that their repair man broke right in front of my husbands eyes. Mike just shrugged his shoulders and said, well you bought a used trailer. Well, that’s what you sell Mike Ferguson! Your staff should know how to install them. Now we are spending our weekend and more money making this camper fit our truck bed because your installer did a very poor job… We will not return to your business and tell our friends, and we have lots of friends. You should have made things right with us. That’s all we wanted, honest and quality workmanship. Melinda

Mike and his team made sure my experience with the purchase of a used $ 100k+ RV was great from beginning to end. Gary, in sales, represented my interest in the execution of a consignment deal and made the paperwork easy. Julio, Steve, and Marvin, in service, shuttled my vehicle to an engine inspection and performed a coach inspection pre-​sale, made sure all coach items needing repair were repaired at the seller’s expense pre-​delivery, and shuttled RV to the mechanic and tire shop for standard service post-​sale to help out. I just bought my Lance cab over from Mike and had a great experience. The camper developed some leaks after the first trip and Mike and his staff got right on it. They are very concerned about getting it fixed for me. Everybody there is very helpful and they made me feel comfortable about spending $ 35,000.00 on a camper. I recommend this local business.

Mike, I wanted to give you an update regarding my Lance truck camper that I purchased from you several years ago. The word of choice will be WONDERFUL. I have taken it on dozens of adventures, some short and some long, some civilized and some extremely remote. The camper has performed flawlessly in all regards. The comfort and convenience has been nothing short of remarkable. I am delighted that I purchased this product at a relatively young age so I will have even more years of enjoyment. When I purchased my camper from you I was a bit nervous. You reassured me that everything would perform to my expectations and more. I suspected it was really just a sales pitch, but I was wrong. Everything you promised has proven true. Thank you for your advice and setting up my camper first class. I’m truly a happy camper.

I do NOT recommend this place! Susan, receptionist and leer contact person, is very rude and unpleasant to work with. She has an attitude problem and it is very apparent within minutes of talking with her. She needs to learn some customer service skills. Its obvious that these people are just here to make money… They are nice until you make the purchase, but if something goes wrong down the road don’t count on any help from them. Spend your money elsewhere!

I am not sure what happened with J. H-​My experience is the complete opposite. I purchased a Lance 865 from Mike Ferguson, and I can honestly say it was one of my most enjoyable purchases in recent memory. I searched the net for most of the Western States, and their pricing was up front, honest and very fair and competitive. I also called the Lance factory, and they had only great things to say about them. Not only were the people at Mike Ferguson helpful, they assisted me in correctly configuring my truck for the camper, took extra time to be sure I understood all the workings, and they have been totally willing to provide free follow up information and help. Their service department is the best, very knowledgeable and not interested in overcharging in any way.
It was a long drive for me to do business with them (5 hours), but completely worth it. My personal opinion, is to give them a shot, it is a nice area to visit, they will take great care of you, and I don’t think you will be disappointed.

They were extremely unhelpful and RUDE. I like to do business on the ridge, but give me a break! These people must think that because they are the only RV shop on the ridge that they can do whatever they please. I will take my business elsewhere from now on!
