Cancelled my brothers traffic class I had signed him up for 3 days before the class, We signed him up weeks in advance and he put a schedule request in at work to have the day off. When I called back to ask about putting him at another location, there weren’t any available and the person on phone was rude and not apologetic. Unprofessional. Don’t rely on this place. The person on phone said «NO last minute would be the day before.» and «I don’t know what to tell you!» How about sorry!

I was required to do 8 hours of traffic school. I could not do it online. It would have been better to spend the day at the beach, but that wasn’t an option. This class was pretty good. The instructor was knowledgeable — had been teaching drivers training for years at public school and at traffic school. He was entertaining, but not in a fake way. Just a very nice guy who was trying to get us through what we had to do. Yes, it included pizza for lunch. As a class we picked the pizzas we wanted and ordered them from class. And I learned stuff!
