Penny & Peggy Nairn 24 Hour Childcare, Inc.

First time using their services, we were very happy to find a last minute drop in care for our daughter. Ms. Peggy, Ms Gloria, Ms. Eula all of them are elderly and very experienced. Unfortunately, my daughter developed a fever late last night and she has been diagonized for having «hand– foot-​mouth disease». This was our first time here and we were very relieved to drop her here, but maybe some other child in this facility already had this and my 2 year old contracted it. Who knows?
This is very common in day cares. Just a caution of advise, I didn’t know, but if you are dropping your child and he or she is sick, please keep them home or let the teachers know. We were caught off guard. But this type of thing is very common with young children.
Sanitize sanitize sanitize over and over again. Please don’t mass wil everything with he same cloth. This is viral and highly contagious. It takes 3 – 4 days for incubation and bam it just shows up out of no where.
Thank you for helping us with our daughter. Hopefully it doesn’t spread around and the sick child is treated ASAP.

My kids attended this daycare during the summer. My daughter came here for 3 weeks when she was about 7 weeks old being a breastfed baby who won’t take bottle. The only negative thing I’ve experience here regarding my daughter would have to be the lady who took care of her in the morning. Who would make me feel like she was trying to say I was irresponsible for not bottle feeding my daughter from the start since she wasn’t eating very much at the day care.(I Didn’t know I’d be working and didn’t know that breestfeds baby are known to not take a bottle) but when I was enrolling i have already let them know that she didn’t take the bottle and Ms. peggy said it was ok. Now with my son he went there being excited to go ! After the third day he didn’t want to go anymore. And if he didn’t want to go I wasn’t going to force him cause something must be wrong … but still. overall… TO me the place was alright. Just some minor problems… Ms. Peggy and some of the staff there are very nice and understanding. I’d give this place another shot one day…

I had my daughter in this daycare three years ago, they treated her well that is not the issue now, we left in good standing, no balance left on our account they left us the option to come back or drop in. Today my bank account was hit with a check that was suppose to be destroyed three years ago by me Eulz, she became sick and apparently that did not happen. They found it in the drawer3 YEARS OLD AND CASHED IT. THEY DID NOT CHECK TO SEE IF IT WAS OWED THEY JUST CASHED IT. WHEN I CALLED SHE ACTED LIKE IT WAS PERFECTLY FINE. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE APPARENTLY. NOT GOOD PRACTICE

Mrs. Peggy the owner loves children, she is always buying new toys for them and planning new things for them. I’m happy because my 1 year old infant and 2year old toddler are happy. My girls go there 5 days a week and I’m able to run my errands without worrying too much how they’re doing. Every time I pick them up they’re playing and are always happy. They’ve been attending there since Jan-​2015. When ever I have a concern I speak to Peggy, and even though she might be busy at times she takes her time to listen and talk to me. 99% of the time my concerns are resolved. I also like the fact that they provide good meals and keep the kids hidrated. As compared to other centers that I visited and that provide the same schooling, I would recommend Peggy because the cost is more affordable.

My children have been attending this daycare on and off for years. The owner Peggy is absolutely amazing she helps out in any current situation you or your family may be going through the best as she can and she loves kids and really cares about them. I’m a single mother who works full time and the fact that this daycare is open 24 hours is such a great help because most of the time I work late. Mrs. Becky Is one of the best teachers here my kids love her so much and she has been with this daycare a long time. Yes incidents happen but hello its a daycare where kids are always active and playing I’ve never had a incident where I thought something wrong happened to my child. Sometimes the daycare even takes the older kids on field trips to the movies, 7 – 11 to get slurpees, and the park. They even have a swimming pool for the older kids to go in for the summer my two oldest boys love going here and cant wait everyday they ask me if I’m working so they can go to daycare. This really is a great daycare all the teachers really enjoy being around the kids and you can tell they love there job.

Friendly staff, kids seem really happy to be there. The age of children they cater to ranges from infant to pre teen and the fact that it’s open 24hrs is pretty darn AMAZING!

10 stars if I could the way they treat the children here is more then enough. peggy is absolute the best around I applaud you guys!

There should be more places like this in the area. I am always greeted by their friendly staff and feel comfortable talking to them about anything. They provide such a great atmosphere for the children. I would recommend family, friends and coworkers to bring their children here.

if i can rate ZERO!!! its a minus ZERO… my grandkids go to this daycare and im am having my daughter take them out immediately!!! to many incidents have been happening, and we are either not notified or notified at the end of day when we pick them up. like my grandson he comes home with bruses on his bottom and legs and scrapes on his face, there is no structure, the kids play jump and run around all day. even late hours. ive showed up and kids are playing at 10pm .the staff is shady and they don’t even check ID or have any concerns when a kid leaves. they misplace clothes and use my granddaughters diapers and wipes for other kids and tell my daughter she never has any for her baby and told she needs to come from work and bring diapers last minute instead of being told when she drops them off. when she takes stuff regularly. when the owner is confronted with issues she asks to be texted or is never available or blames the child instead of telling us she will check the issues and staff, there was one teacher that had disappeared and we were told she is no longer there and that a lot of parents were happy. now all the sudden she is back. who hires someone back that parents complain about. staff is rude and not professional .do not take your children here

Great friendly daycare. My son always comes in and leaves with a smile on his face.!! Couldn’t ask for more. great staff very helpful loving teachers

We called this place to inquire info, a woman answered the phone, we could hear children in the background being loud (it’s expected-​they are kids) and with a very mean and loud voice saying to us «I can’t her you»…as if we were not loud enough on the phone.(not because the kids were loud-​sarcasm here)…
Then All of a sudden I heard a mans voice, and her say to him «sit them down and make them be quite»…
Yeah, not giving them a second call… this is not the first impression a parent wants to hear when calling for a daycare.

I would like to write a post for this school because of the help me and my family received for them. I went to tour and I was having a hard time with being able to afford child care the owner Peggy Nairn was very helpful and took her time helping us find the right resources for my current situation. Now my child is able to go to a good school and get the care and education she deserves. I trust them greatly and would refer anyone to them. The teachers are all nice and welcoming even if your childs not in their class. I really appreciate them I wouldn’t know what to do with out the schools guidance and support.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This daycare is the WORST!!! My son attended this daycare only because it’s the only 24hr daycare in the valley. The teachers are unprofessional as well as the director. I’ve seen a child physically sat down in a rough manner because he wasn’t listening by an middle age man that works there. He seems totally out of place. My mom was cursed out by Peggy’s assistant bc she misunderstood what child my mom was picking up (they thought she was trying to pick up another child). They present themselves as a school but are not! My son brought home a letter work sheet and he wrote the letters backward and no one corrected him and he told me his artwork was thrown away bc he didn’t do a «good job». This list of horrors goes on and on. DO NOT send your child to this daycare!

I have never been more nervous in my life, as a single mom, returning to work and needing to take my 5month old baby to daycare on Saturdays because her Montessori school isn’t open then, AFTER having a really bad experience with my first initial pick. I had a friend refer me here after making tons of phone calls and not feeling happy. When I spoke to Peggy one of the owners I was instantly at ease. There is nothing like knowing when you talk to someone they are going to be honest with you, whether about a scratch, the food they ate, how they felt that day, or just plain anything. I want to hear what actually happened, not what you THINK I want to hear, and I know here is where I’m going to get that. In fact if I wasn’t already in LOVE with my Montessori she’d be there all 5 days. Not to mention at any given day I have the option of going in and watching exactly what went on, on the 24 hour surveillance. Way to go Peggy and Penny! I’m soo excited that I found you.
