We specialize in early childhood soccer. Specifically for 3 to 6 year olds our classes and camps feature FUN age-​appropriate curriculum that is perfect for this age group.

Our programs include:

Soccer for Tots (3 to 5 years)

Soccer for Sixes (after-​school classes for K and 1^st graders)

Super Soccer Mini-​Camp (4 to 6 years)

Soccer Birthday Parties (4 to 7 years)

Helping your child GROW… Our programs develop not only your child’s soccer skills but also their coordination, motor, social. listening and communication skills.

History

Established in 2004.

For the Love of the Game was founded by husband and wife team, Clive and Sally Hulbert. Clive has extensive soccer experience, both as a player and a coach, and Sally is an NNEB qualified child educator with many years of experience working with young children. They strongly believe the key to coaching this age group is to create a positive fun environment and let the game be the teacher. Together they created an age-​appropriate soccer based curriculum and developed our first Soccer for Tots program.

Classes are formatted to allow each child the opportunity to develop their soccer skills at his or her own pace without the pressure of competition. Our goal is to give kids the best possible introduction to the sport allowing them to develop a true love of the game which in turn creates a desire to practice, improve and succeed.

Outstanding Instruction Sets Us Apart

Our coaches are selected for their ability to work with this age group and have all undergone extensive training in the ‘Soccer for Tots’ or ‘Soccer for Sixes’ curriculum. All our coaches have completed full Department of Justice background checks. Their own ‘love of the game’ and soccer experience is what makes them good coaches. Their natural ability to relate to young children is what makes them GREAT coaches.
