Not very professional and the dentist took bad X-​rays but they still charged my insurance for them and then sent me a bill for the remainder 20% I called and asked why they would bill me for bad X-​rays that they messed up, no call back so after 3 – 4 weeks I stopped in there and the Dentist was at the front desk I told him who I was and what had happened and he apologized and told this other lady to «help me out» so when I told her what happen she said NO your X-​rays are ok and that’s why I was billed, I knew this wasn’t going anywhere and the dentist was nowhere to be found
I told here I want All my X-​rays she said ok Pay First I did $ 218.44 by check I opened the X-​rays there and pulled the bad ones out that were blurry and blackish and told here what is this trash! She would not even look up at me then before I left I told her «by the way I’m stoping the payment on that check» then guess what she looked up as I walked out. Yes I stopped payment and never herd from the crooks again!
