Wu orthodontics is terrific. I’m very particular about my teeth and my dentists /​orthodontists, and Dr. Wu definitely made the cut. I’m very happy with the results.
Also, Vicky provided outstanding treatment, support, and was extremely friendly.

Came in just to get replacement retainers. Very professional, organized, and clean. Looks like they have a great practice going on and know what they’re doing. Definitely top choice if I needed braces.

Wu orthodontics has great service! I got my Invisalign retainers here (to upgrade my old, broken retainers from another orthodontist I saw in high school), and was worried about cost. It’s about $ 350 for Invisalign, but they do give you 3 extra copies so you’re set for life!!! I think it’s worth it.
Special shout out to Vicky, who has an awesome attitude, was super efficient, and guided me from start to finish (from when I first walked through the door to when I happily walked out with new Invisalign). Thanks Wu orthodontics!

I’m from San Jose facilitating a camp at Stanford University so I couldn’t go to my orthro when my braces broke.
Desperate for help, I called Dr. Wu and the receptionist said they couldn’t fix the entire thing for me but they would be courteous to help make it more comfortable. I came in a few hours later and Wu came towards me, shook my hand, and greeted me into his workplace. He guided me to my seat, had a great conversation with him and he told me the problems I had with my braces. On the top right side, my ring part was broken so he agreed to take off my top part of my braces, cut that ring, and put the wires or whatever back on my top part of my braces so that I wouldn’t have to feel it every time I ate.
After 5 minutes of work, he let me off the hook and wouldn’t take any of my money for tips. He did it out of the kindness of his heart and did it all with a smile… I’m not saying everyone should go here for free work… but I just want to say a public thank you to his kindness and generosity.
Everyone was professional, kind, and prompt. Thank you Dr. Wu! You’re the best :)

First went to Dr. Wu for a free consultation and a few months later I had braces, and let me tell you I couldn’t be happier with my teeth. The confidence you gain when people notice your smile is a great feeling. I’m over 40 years old and am glad for choosing Dr. Wu for my orthodontic treatment. He made it easy and virtually hassle free; all I had to do was show up and be greeted by a fun and professional staff. I started my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Wu a little over 2 years ago. Some of my teeth were a little crooked but the main reason I decided to get orthodontic treatment was an open bite. I did not want braces at age 25 so I was very happy when he told me Invisalign would work. Even though my treatment took a little longer than Dr. Wu initially projected, I can’t say I am any less than 100% happy with my experience there. The staff is extremely friendly and very responsive to any concerns I had throughout the whole process. I’ve referred friends in the past to Dr. Wu and would do it again with full confidence.

Dr. Wu and staff are AMAZING!!! Jenny, Amy, Kelly, Aggie, Nicole and all the other wonderful people at Dr. Wu’s office are so terrific! They make you feel like family and always take the best care of all of their patients. Every time you walk in somebody greets you and by name and with a smile. There are no hidden fees at Dr. Wu’s office, the amount you are shown is the amount you pay. If you are thinking about an Ortho’s office, please check this one out. I’m convinced you will fall in love with the people and want to go back.

Dr. Wu and team are amazing! They have started the process of fixing my daughters teeth (she had a huge gap in the middle and the two side teeth had no room to grow in) and it’s only been 5 months and her teeth look amazing. We still have more to go but they are forthright, they tell you the cost up front, no hidden fees and their office is top notch. My daughter (8 years old) was not intimidated or scared of the whole process. I highly recommend Wu Ortho.

My teeth changed in six weeks and it barely hurt a bit!
Dr. wu will give u a list and if u bring in those things u get prizes!
For example I’m getting a price right now for rating it and if u bring ur tooth brush or ur tooth paste or your tee-​shirt {they will give u on your first day} so stuff like that.

Two years later and here I am, straight teeth! OMG! I still don’t believe it, but Dr. Wu and his team did it. Dr. Wu said I was probably one of his challenging cases, but I pulled through. Great Dr., great staff, good location right off El Camino, modern office, what else can I say — I’m glad I went with Dr. Wu. Working in the health care field, I’m not very easy to please, being busy with my schedule and very meticulous about everything, but Dr. Wu’s office was a great find. Thanks to the ladies in the office that worked on my case and to Dr. Wu for making this a great experience.

I came in for the Invisalign treatment which turned out as well as I could have hoped for. Dr. Wu and his staff were very friendly and professional and always accommodating to any scheduling conflicts that came up. The customer service here is top notch. Overall I’m very satisfied with the treatment i received at Wu Orthodontics and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking orthodontic care.

I loved Dr. Wu and his staff. I went to a different orthodontist for a consultation that told me it would take 5 YEARS to fix them and Dr. Wu did it in a little over a year and a half. These guys are the best, even if they do forget to give the Wu bucks! (Just kidding guys!)

I love going to Dr. Wu’s clinic. The place is very modern and neat. The staff is super friendly and very accomodating. Dr. Wu himself is very friendly and easy going! I have a wonderful experience each time I go there to tighten my braces!

I stopped by Wu Orthodontics when I started at Stanford because I had been so self-​conscious about my smile to the point where I wouldn’t smile for pictures. It’s very convenient, right at the end of campus, and Dr. Wu even gives a student discount as his way of giving back to the Palo Alto community.
Until a year previous, I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 20 years, and the girls in the office and Dr. Wu put me entirely at ease. Every step of the process was explained to me — what they were doing, why they were doing it, etc. I also had a weird schedule with vacation time and such since I’m a student, and they worked with me and my treatment over these periods. Even with all of the extended time in between adjustments due to vacation time, I still managed to get done within the projected time frame.
I’m now wearing retainers, and Dr. Wu gives sets of Invisalign-​type retainers. I can wear them to out and to work and nobody knows that I have anything on. I really enjoyed my experience at this office, and I’m glad that they take some extra measures to ensure that I won’t need to get braces again. :)

My invisalign treatment was completed in November, just in time to show off my pearly straight whites to my friends and family over the holidays.
Dr. Wu said my treatment would take about 8 months (from the start of my first tray to the last), I was skeptical, but it did indeed, that’s how efficient Dr. Wu is.
You know the saying, «you get what you pay for». Sometimes you need to pay a little more for quality and good service.

The Verdict: Spa like orthodontics office.
Dr. Wu and his staff are really professional and all about customer service. I went here for an invisalign consultation and was impressed by the thorough evaluation and friendly staff. There are two main floors for patients — the reception area on the 1^st and the exam rooms on the 2^nd floor. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly receptionists and offered a hot beverage of my choice. This is a top-​notch place with a modern office that made me feel like I was getting a spa treatment!
Would I Recommend It? Yes, you’re in good hands here.

Wu orthodontics is the place to get braces!!! My daughter just had her braces off from Dr. Wu’s treatment. She has the most confident and brilliant smile that I have ever seen from a girl. Dr. Wu is indeed the best orthodontist that we have had and his office has the best customer service! It is worth every penny that I have spent on my daughter. Again from my personal experience with Dr. Wu for the last 20 months, I highly recommended Dr. Wu for braces.

After a lot of orthodontic consultations in San Francisco and the Bay, I chose Dr. Wu for my treatment. He was the best option because he was willing to listen and offer me a treatment plan which seemed the most reasonable (one doctor wanted to cut my lower jaw off and then use screws to reattach it).
Dr. Wu predicted that it would take about a year and a half to fix my overbite and he was right on the money. The treatment was fast and relatively painless (when changing wires the pain lasted max a day or two). Dr. Wu and the staff were good about explaining every step of the treatment and letting me to know what changes to expect.
The last few months before my braces came off, I had to move across country and find another orthodontist to put the finishing touches. Overall though, the final result was great and I am very very happy I chose to have braces.

The Unilocal rating describes my experience so far at Wu orthodontics, as good as it gets! I waited longer than most to get braces but glad that I was introduced to Dr. Wu from my regular dentist.
Lets start at the office experience. Although I’m not familiar with high tech ortho equipment, this place has some top notch «wuuu» equipment. I received a consult from several other places and had to go here and there to get xray’s, etc. In this office, it’s all done here and the impressive presentation of your treatment plan puts you at ease.
I’ve never laughed so much with a medical staff. Jenny and Amy are two of the best hires, offices around the area lack this personal touch. They are knowledgeable, attentive, patient and most importantly, personable.
The staff is great and it comes directly from Dr. Wu. We are very pleased with his handling of our treatment. The earning of Wu dollars (you earn dollars if you follow his simple instructions) is a fun touch. Although I’m sure it’s more geared to the younger patience, we can’t wait to add them to our collection and cash them in for an iPod soon.
The treatment? The visible results from the Damon approach/​braces has been fast! I thought it would take months to see any progress. We are so glad we went this route.
