My driveway gate lock was frozen and they were able to fix it quickly, very friendly and efficient, I would call them again!

My girlfriend and I locked ourselves out of our apartment the other night while getting ready to go out on a bike ride. We were able to borrow a phone from our neighbors and we called the White Brothers. They were expedient in making the drive over and once onsite, we were back in our apartment in 15 minutes. It was a fast, friendly and relieving experience. Thank you!

These guys are great and will be using their services for any future key/​locking needs. I got locked out and when I called I spoke with Tyran. He told me he would take a few hours because he was on his way to SF. I was fine with that since there was no real hurry to get in but after 30 min. I received a call from his business partner, Gerald, and he was able to make it over in about 20 min. when he got there he was really polite and helpful. it took him no more than 5 minutes to solve my problem and gave me a reasonable price. I highly recommend their services.

Tyran seems like a fine guy. My son locked his bike to a nearby staircase with a Kryptonite U-​lock, then lost the keys. Tyran came out and cut the lock off in a splendid display of sparks, while not harming the bike or the stairs. The only way the service could be better would be if it were free.

Tyran saved the day twice. First, he copied a tricky gate key. Without Tyran’s help, I would’ve been running all over town and no one would’ve gotten it right. Because he came to my home and finessed the key in the lock until it worked correctly, he saved me many hours of disappointing trips to various locksmiths and wasted money trying to copy a tricky key. Second, on less than 24 hours notice, he came to our home and re-​keyed our entire house. He worked carefully to make sure every key copy worked in every lock and adjusted them until they were all smooth. He was courteous, polite and easy to work with. A true professional.

As a fellow small business owner i know how hard it is to find quality people who produce quality work, so i was very please to have met Tyran from White Brothers. I Had Tyran come out to my auto repair shop for a Honda Odyssey ignition lock rekey/​rebuild. He did a great job, was very respectful, professional, thorough and quick. I definitely recommend white brothers to anyone in need! Im sure i will be seeing Tyran soon for some more customer rekeys!

Tyran answered the phone quickly and arrived within the hour to help me rescue my daughter’s bike — the combination lock on the bike chain stopped working and we couldn’t get it to open. I took one star off because the fee, $ 95, seemed a bit high for merely breaking off a bike chain (took him 2 minutes). But maybe I’m clueless and this is the going rate for locksmiths. I was grateful that he helped me load the bike onto my car. Also appreciate that he was able to be there so quickly, after two other locksmiths said they would only be available the next morning. Tyran was polite and professional and I did keep his business card and plan to call him if (who am I kidding, when) I need a locksmith again.

I was locked out of my car in the middle of freaking hot day (~80’s). Before calling White Brothers, I called several other locksmiths listed on Unilocal.Some of them didn’t answer and some said they’re not familiar with my car so don’t want to do the job. Finally, I called White Brothers. He came in ~30 mins and opened my car in a few mins!!! He is super nice, polite and professional. Plus, his rate was so much more reasonable than any other locksmiths I called before him. Very happy with his service. Highly recommended!!!

I had an excellent experience getting my glovebox opened by Tyran tonight.
He met me at the shop after they had already closed, looked at my car, brought out his tools, and opened the glovebox in 15 minutes. I had tried for months to open it (it’s quite a fickle BMW), and he was able to open it with just a few of his tools.
I know the BMW dealer would have charged a fortune to do this, but Tyran was very fair in how much he asked for the service.

Locking yourself out SUCKS, but I’m in a great mood right now, thanks to finding White Brothers through Unilocal.Can’t recommend Tyran enough.
Tyran was extremely honest, very experienced /​competent, super friendly, and went above and beyond to provide top-​notch service.
I was apprehensive because I’d read reviews on Unilocal about other locksmiths, who quote you a low price and then upcharge you when they arrive.
Tyran not only quoted me a very fair price, but he stuck to it, **even though he had to work on my lock for almost an hour because of the type of lock I had**. You could tell he prides himself on staying true to his quote as much as he possibly can.
I usually don’t like handymen coming over because they mess around /​bang around with my stuff, completely mute, so you have no clue what they’re doing. Tyran patiently explained every step, which really put me at ease. You could really tell that he’s been doing this for a long time (he said 17 yrs) and is very competent.
He tried everything he could to fix my malfunctioning lock, even calling his partner to get a second opinion and double-​check. It’s great to have a guy who really prides himself in his work.
Not only that, he helped me install my new lock for no extra charge – just because he wanted to help and make sure I was all set.
To top it off, as I’m walking him out, a toddler runs into the elevator with us. Even though he’d spent almost an hour with me, Tyran insisted on staying and helping me find the toddler’s parents.
All this ALMOST makes me feel better about being such an idiot and locking myself out =).

These guys know their stuff. Straight up with their work. I would do business with them again.

Daryl answered the phone very nicely and was on time to meet us in Palo Alto when we locked our keys in the trunk. He was fast, friendly, courteous, and made the whole experience even somewhat enjoyable. He even gave us a pretty good deal. Highly recommend to call him if you need mobile locksmith services. Keep his number handy just in case you might ever need it.

I was hoping to use this company to come re-​key a lock, however; I was disappointed to learn they don’t schedule appointments ahead of time, they ask you to call in that morning and get in their queue which won’t work for someone like me who has a tight schedule and little last minute flexibility. They are very nice and polite on the phone and I will keep them in mind for future reference should I ever need emergency service.

We seemed to have lost our only key to our jeep and Tyran was awesome help! He was fast, super nice, and did a great job. Did I mention super affordable? (especially if you have AAA)
Since I am know we will loose more keys in the future we will use them again for sure!

New rule: do NOT lock your keys in the trunk of a 2008 Hyundai. AAA tried, but it wasn’t happening. So they called on White Brothers Locksmiths. Tryan showed up, and worked on the lock until it finally opened up. Tyran is friendly, quite knowledgable and even gave me his coat to wear so I could keep warm. I highly recommend White Brothers, especially Tyran!

I lost my car keys while at Stanford University Hospital and AAA sent the White Brothers Lock and Key to make a new key for me. Tyran was a charming, kind, helpful individual and made me feel that I was not a fool for having lost the keys. He promptly opened my car and made a new key for me. It cost me out of pocket $ 75.00. I do carry AAA Plus so if there was a difference, they paid it.
