Meet the Business Owner

John L.

Business Owner

Chef Hung (John) Le first learned to appreciate the organic approach to food preparation as a child, watching his mother and grandmother artfully prepare family dinners in Vietnam. The fresh, local ingredients yielded satisfying, healthy meals. John left Vietnam as a teenager to pursue a career in California. In 2000, John decided to combine his entrepreneurial spirit with his love for culinary arts. He moved to San Francisco to open Three Seasons in the Marina District. Following its success, he opened the larger Three Seasons restaurant in Palo Alto.
