My practice is devoted to family law, assisting clients in divorce, separation, and premarital and postmarital agreements. I represent individual clients and I also act as a mediator for clients who desire help in crafting their own agreements.
I am certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in family law. My practice is restricted to practice in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties although I accept mediation clients from all counties in the Bay Area.

I have practiced family law in the Bay Area since 1979. I opened my own practice in 1993. I am a graduate of Harvard University and Stanford Law School. I am «AV» rated in the Martindale-Hubbell legal directory and have been named a Superlawyer of Northern California each year since 2005.
