I was referred to this firm over a year ago by a childhood friend on the Peninsula. I am so grateful to have met David and his assistant Gail. He identified serious loopholes in a family trust that could have created lengthy litigation from stepchildren. He efficiently updated and simplified 30-​year old documents for changes in our family dynamics. He is an expert at California real estate transfers and did several for our family within weeks. His hourly rate is less than those with one-​tenth of his experience. He truly cares about the client and cautiously explains all scenarios for the client to make an educated decision.
