Business Owner

30 years of experience in architectural design, complex commercial projects, medical facilities and building high-​end residential. I demonstrate from an actual hands on «skill set» in all phases of construction, from plumbing, electrical, structural framing to a proven level of leadership capabilities utilizing my Senior Estimator, Project Management and Superintendent skills. Applying Auto-​Cad, CPM, Fast-​Track, and PERT charts to name a few, for practical and creative solutions.

My skills in a related field have proven highly adaptable from testing with fluid dynamic computations & design, cryogenics, and heat treating. Having worked for a well known Porsche fabricator I built race cars, complete engines, suspension, aerodynamic panels and wings. Competent levels of machining, welding and modifying just about anything.
