She is the director/​person in charge at Palo Alto Medical Foundation Psychiatry Department. I spoke to her to complain about a doctor in her department. She was very dismissive, and did not listen to my concerns. Despite the fact that I was telling her my insurance could cover anyone in the area, she kept recommending that I fax a list of doctors covered by my insurance. Nor did she take into account that I have limited services in my area, and kept repeating that I need to find a doctor in my area. As far as the complaint about the other physician, she didn’t even give me a chance to explain. Based on this interaction, I don’t think she’d be someone I’d like to have as a doctor. Just saying.
