I had the same experience as Lisa B. I had shopped here several times and spent a fair amount of money. The last time I was in, I purchased several items and was then called out of town due to a family member’s death. I tried to return one item when I got back and was told I was out of luck because more than 7 days had passed. It says nothing about this policy on the receipt, and this policy has never been mentioned to me when I was in the store. The sales person pointed to a sign by the register which I had not noticed. My feeling is that if you are going to have such a restrictive return policy, you need to make certain the customer is aware of it. I shop at many small shops and have NEVER been refused store credit for merchandise, especially after such a brief period of time. I won’t be spending any more money here, and think this is a ridiculous approach to customer service.

I don’t understand lisa“s review. You can return up to 7 days and after that get store credit. The service is excellent and the quality of the merchandise superb.

Be sure you know what you are getting because they won’t even give a store credit after 7 days. Not only that, they are very rude about it. I have spent a lot of money here, but no more.
