Best Bank Ever!!! Here’s why:
* No ATM fees — use any ATM, anywhere in the world, and the $ 2 to $ 10.95 service fee (yes, I had this once) is reversed on your account! Works in Thailand, Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Argentina, Hong Kong, S. Korea, and Mexico (that I’ve tried so far).
* There’s no line! For anything! Ever! At least, not that I’ve experienced.
* Everyone is friendly and professional.
* The tellers have crisp brand-​new sequential $ 2 bills and Sacajawea’s! Try getting those at any big bank, and the teller would laugh at you and tell you to go to the horse track or the Post Office (or, more likely, stare at you with a blank look on their face).
* Send checks from their website — they mail it for you! No additional postage fee!
* Deposit your checks by mail using the pre-​stamped envelopes they give you. They always mail you a new envelope to replace the one you just used! And if you ask for 10 more, they’ll send them!
* When you call, A HUMAN ANSWERS THE PHONE WHO ACTUALLY WORKS RIGHT THERE IN THE BANK.
I used to go in all the time when I lived and worked 2 blocks away. It was always a pleasant experience. Now that I live in SF and I don’t go in as much, they’re even more valuable to me because doing things by mail, through their website and over the phone are so easy.
