I relish being a Residential Real Estate agent. Owning a home is the single most important asset for building net worth, As such, I take my responsibility as a Listing Agent very seriously, since it is my job to extract the maximum amount of cash out of a home sale. This typically involves preparing a home for sale, so that it sells for the MAXIMUM possible price and negotiating along the. My team of home preparation specialists and contractors is top notch and very reasonably priced.

As a buyer’s agent, it is my job to help my buyer’s negotiate the challenging Silicon Valley market. Getting a buyer’s offer accepted is my specialty! Often this takes a frank conversation with my buyers, and persuasive negotiation techniques employed with sellers.

I come from a Real Estate family. My entire life I have been involved with residential property, first with my family and later with my husband.

Along the way, I had a career in tech as an Industrial Designer and Marketing Director for various medical instrumentation companies, including Coherent Medical and Cooper Companies. I love the Real Estate business and enjoy helping sellers get the maximum price for their home, and helping buyer find a home that suits their needs at a great price.

I don’t say this often, but Anne really is fantastic. I’m generally suspicious of real estate agents, but Anne is really looking out for you and I’m definitely coming to her when I decide to buy a house in the future.
Here is my experience. First, after we told Anne our situation, she recommended that we build up a warchest for a downpayment and wait for the market to cool off a little bit. This is big — show me a person in sales that says: not a good time to buy, hold off. But our experience didn’t end there. Anne spent a fair amount of time giving us tips on how to find a rental in the meantime, including how we should focus on Craigslist since that’s where most of the rentals are (earning her no commission), and some tips on how to get the rental when you’re competing with 10 other people for it. At this point, I just felt bad that she spent so much time on us, the non-​paying clients. But she topped it all off when she kept looking for good rental places through her connections and found us an amazing deal (one that on Craigslist would have 20 renters competing for it), and then did a video walkthrough of the property for us, all this knowing that it’s a no-​commission rental.
So what the others have said here is true — Anne is incredible, and really goes above and beyond to help you find what you need, always having your best interest in mind. I’m really blown away by the whole experience.

She is responsive and tenacious in finding information that is useful to buyers. She helps you get to the crux of your needs and desires, and helps support you in making rational intelligent decisions in a field that tends to involve a lot of emotion and stress for buyers and sellers alike. Anne won’t just tell you what you want to hear, she will tell you what you *need* to hear!
Anne has an excellent knowledge of the Palo Alto area and knows about all the surrounding neighborhoods, their pros and cons. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Palo Alto and surrounding area including Redwood City, Menlo Park and East Palo Alto.
I haven’t sold a home through Anne but from what I observed of her knowledge of staging and marketing homes it was evident to me that she would also be an excellent listing agent, she would help you analyze what kind of buyer your home will appeal to and therefore advise you on the staging and marketing plan.

Working with Anne was a great experience. We met Anne after working with two other agents who never really grasped what we wanted in a house. After our first meeting we went out to see some properties and I could see that she has expert knowledge of the neighborhood /​value and has great relationships with the other agents we met on tour– a real plus when you need to close a deal. After just a few outings she took us to 2 properties that were both great finds and in our price range. The only reason we did not make an offer is that we decided to move to the city instead but we had every confidence that she would have done everything it took to get us the house if we went for it.
