History

Established in 2014.

STA Data Recovery was founded in 2014, pulling resources and personnel from several divisions of our parents company EWA. EWA is a family owned company founded in 1978 and has grown steadily to approximately 500 employees since. STA began by doing data recovery work internally for EWA throughout the country and for police and government agencies, so it was decided by EWA to create STA Data Recovery so customers all over the United States can be helped to recover their important Data and cherished irreplaceable family pictures and documents. At STA Data Recovery we have worked on all types on media storage. From Hard Drives to thumb-​drives to Smart phones. We are committed to excellence and display dedication and the drive to help in everything that we do for our customers. Our customers data recovery is the most important job we have and we at STA Data Recovery take that responsibility very seriously.
