I took my kids for the first time today. I was really impressed with how clean and well decorated the place was. I tried a mixed combination of flavors and toppings. The variety was great. I especially enjoyed the quality of the yogurts. The young man that cashed us out was friendly, smiling and polite. They played great music there.

I have been to the Berry Star on the west end. So I was eager for the new east Palmdale location to open. Frozen yogurt’s my go to treat as long as they have sugar free selections. Went in twice when they first opened and found out it was a soft opening for a while and they didn’t have the sugar free ones available. I was told come back in a couple weeks and they would have a couple Sugar Free choices when this machines were up and running. I went back and all they had was vanilla in sugar free. Maybe I’ve been spoiled in the past by other yogurt shops, but at least 2 S/​F selections would be nice. I may check back again later on, I’m often over there for lunch at Subway or Starbucks. But if they continue to only have Vanilla, I don’t know that I will keep checking back with them.
But staff seemed friendly and apologetic, and they have a nice selection of toppings for those of you that enjoy your regular frozen yogurt.

I went in to Berrystar and got a cup of cookies and cream froyo, after getting the cup, there was a distinct smell of peanut butter. After paying for my cup, I tasted it, and sure enough, it tasted just like peanut butter froyo. I spoke to whom I believe is the owner and stated that I was ok with the peanut butter flavor, but said if people are allergic to peanuts you may have an issue on your hands. He stated that I must have mixed the flavors, which I had not, so if you get a cup of cookies and cream and you are allergic to peanuts, buyer beware! I would not recommend this place until they figure out what is going on with their machines and the flavors that they advertise are truly the exact flavors that you are receiving.

Great new place in the east side of Palmdale. I went in this evening for some frozen yogurt. I have never been to a Berry Star before. I was very much impressed with the variety of toppings they have and the fact that they offer cones in the case that you don’t want a cup. Pretty cool! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I am definitely coming back soon.
