I love the convenience of having this Walmart close to my home. I always have a pleasant experience finding most items I use and don’t ever have to go elsewhere to find the same product at discount prices. Customer service is great and associates are very helpful. I will continue to visit this Walmart and purchase all of my basic needs and much more!!!

It is a walmart first of all, bad instock if there is a similar item $ 5, $ 10 and $ 20, they will only have the expensive ones, thing that saved them was the oil change service, the guy back there dodger fan young man, is cool he let me buy my own oil and upgrade to the Bosch filters which made my day.

I’d go elsewhere. The cashiers here are sketchy and appear to have manager consent to gamble while working.

Cecilia is a horrible worker, worst customer service. I spoke to her about being charged wrong. And all she had to tell me that was the price or I can return it and get a refund. I explained to her I purchased 7 of the same items for 4.75 and was charge for one of the items 8.50 she said well that has to be the price and sent me to customer service line. Another thing she does wrong is that customer service was closed. So now I’m walking back and forth trying to get the item resolved or get my money back. I rather take my business else where.

Took my car into the service center for an oil change. Service Manager Greg was slightly rude and gave off the impression he did not want to work on my vehicle. Stated«Yeah we can do the oil change but we try not to cuz the weather is cold». Later went on to say it will take 3 hours due to the other cars ahead of mine. Funny this was said just before he followed me out of the service area and started hitting on another associate who was not working that area. Car was completed 2 hours no problems with it. I would suggest avoiding service by their manager Greg due to his rude customer service. Other techs were more helpful.

Worst Walmart in AV, only come here because is close to home! Never any help when you need to find something and worst of all, they have about 30 registers and only 5 or 8 open !! Really annoying to wait more than 30 minutes to pay…

Best Walmart in the AV. Cheap prices and same olé crumby service that we all expect from Walmart. This one seems pretty clean and I love the huge selection of sugar free puddings. ;-)

So I don’t know if I just got lucky or it was due to the fact that it was 10:30 am, but there is nothing wrong with this store. Its a Walmart! The store was clean, organization was a little odd, but oh well. The checker was a bit inexperienced and a little rough with the merchandise, but not rude… I think that’s a training issue. Overall, I would shop here again. No one goes to Walmart cause they like to, we’re all there to save a buck!

Staff was nice but the service was terrible. I had to go to a different tire shop where they found something in my tire.

Saturday, my mother and I visited store 2950 located at 3714047Th St E Palmdale CA, 93552. The cashier rang her up twice for the same item. She actually did say something initially, but the original cashier dismissed her. She confirmed this right after she finished paying. When she told him about this he gave her an insincere apology and told her she had to wait in the returns line because he was unable to void the transaction. In her place, I had to wait for 20 minutes to get a refund for less than $ 2 for a mistake the cashier made. That is outrageous. There needs to be a way to refund customers at the time for mistakes made by cashiers without having to waiting in lines for 20+ minutes. Not only was this an inconvenience, but had my ailing father had another heart attack or other medical need while waiting for us to come back home it would have been very problematic. I really think this company needs to assess how they handle customer service issues when the store is at fault. I have worked in customer service for several years and never seen such poor service. It was insult to injury to hear the lady in the customer service center tell my mom that she should have checked before she paid, like it was her fault. It is for this reason we mainly shop at TARGET. We only wish TARGET would carry more so that we never have to grace this establishment again. ****I wish I could give this place a –5 stars****

Worst place to come and shop it is filthy disgusting, the bathrooms have no up keep. I went to the restroom the door locks do not work I walk in on a guy which I felt mortify because the guy was on the toilet and honestly that is wrong not to have privacy when you are in your most vulnerable. The floor was full of urine. Spoke to the assistant manager of the store instead of trying to find a solution by saying they are going to fix it his excuse was the kids break the locks. The men’s bathroom stall has not privacy for the toilet in the back. There is a 2 inch gap where you can see everything on that stall. I’m disgusted by wal mart of how low the standards are for a company that sells food. If there is a a standard they have none. The bar is set at just opening and selling what I think is honestly not a high quality product because the way the up keep the store and the restroom.

Look I don’t look forward to shopping at this Walmart it is always a mess and very unorganized. The people that work for the Walmart family don’t care about customers at all.

What can I say about Walmart? It’s Walmart… depending on the day you come you can either have a good experience or a not so good one. You will either have a friendly experience or a bad one, depending on the mood of the staff you come in contact that day lol. Also some days it will be clean or not so clean… Long lines late at night, only about 2 – 3 cashiers open… No need to worry about parking, lots of spots. Other than that Walmart is just your topical Walmart… My mom comes here for her prescribe medicine and the pharmacy at this place is a joke, they never have her full meds on time, they always give my mom the«there was a mix-up» excuse, I do not recommend this place for people who want their meds from the pharmacy. Total Fail. Only gave it a two star because it’s convenient…

We have allowed wally world to become the monster it is. Sad to say I even shop there but have been going to other stores more and more over the last four years. still spend way too much at Walmart. Personally I like Target as an alternative, or getting unique stuff online.

I can’t stress enough how much I dislike Walmart. The only good thing about them is their low prices but honestly I rather pay a bit more and shop at a Market that does not have a 45 minute wait. Selection is vast but again the store it’self not so great. Sketchy crowd if you know what I mean. This is the kind of place where you make sure you don’t forget your cellphone in the car. The best thing I have ever bought at Walmart is tamales from the parking lot. Even then they were not all that great.

I despise going to this place. I have at least 5 checkers that I avoid at all cost — for varying reasons but mostly because they are so slooooow. There is one I avoid because she rudely pointed out one time that I had 21 items instead of 20 in the«20 items or less» line and I need to make sure next time I had less than 20 items. You know what lady? F-uck You! I stood in your stinkin’ line for 15 minutes to spend MY money you this store and I had one extra item. So what? It’s been a couple of months since this incident and obviously I’m not over it yet. LOL The only shining star is the greeter — an older bald guy, mustache, glasses… at the southern entrance(toward Lowes for those of us who are directionally challenged). He is so friendly but doesn’t waste your time. Some of the stock people could care less about a customer and will literally run you down with their large wheeled carts — on purpose I think. No excuse me or apologies or anything… it’s like Death Race sometimes. A couple of times I had to literally jump out of the way for fear of being hit. I dunno… kind of makes for an interesting shopping experience. The deli workers are very polite and efficient. Thank you for that. The produce guy — there may be just two as I’ve only ever seen two different guys — they are nice and helpful. Thank you Clothing — all of them are lame. Don’t bother asking a question — they don’t know anything. Photo — the guy is NEVER around. Same with electronics. Pharmacy — One woman(large, black) is Incredibly rude — seems she would rather text than help customers or she’s on the computer doing something so important that customers obviously are not the priority — even someone simply dropping off a prescription. She is slow and inefficient, rude and seems to never have the right medication. Unfortunately every time I’ve gone to the pharmacy she’s the one that helps me. The pharmacist — I can’t understand a word she says… so I just nod and smile and say thank you. It never fails — no matter what time I go — the lines are at least 7 – 8 deep, 2 lanes open… at least 20 minutes to get checked out. No wonder people walk out with stuff. Sorry if I’ve offended anyone — just being honest. I will spend the extra $$ and go to Target up the street if at all possible.
