Customer satisfaction is always our main objective, so we strive to do a perfect job the first time, but there will be times when we may need to go back and correct a problem that was the result of a less than satisfactory job, anyone who claims they will always do a perfect job the first time is either lying or in denial. Being a handyman means we can do many things, but that doesn’t mean we can do everything, for that reason we will only undertake jobs we feel confortable with. When you let us know what you need done, we will tell you upfront if it’s something we do, or we may refer you to someone who does.
