21 Years ago I purchased 5 income properties in Florida. The agent I used had set me up with a property manager for each one to help me get started. Since then (1995) I have had to change management companies on FOUR of my properties, many times… The problems ranged from poor management, to outright stealing from me.
That said, Playa Realty has been with me from the very beginning and has been my ONLY management company all these years. The only thing I would change is to have them spread out all over the state so they could manage my other properties as well. Paula Walsh and her team are the BEST!!! Honest, Reliable, Quick Turnaround in Rentals… etc

I used playa management this year to rent a property of mine. They helped buffer a nightmare Tennant who thought they were at the ritz Carlton entitled to consignee service. The management team is professional and follows up. Other than the renters they found … I’m pleased. Thanks all

The worst customer service ever. Playa Property Management never shows up when they say they will and repairs like, water draining from the refrigerator into the crisper drawers — Reported in May — never fixed. Squirrels living in attic — numerous no show appointments, then sealed he opening with the squirrels to die inside. Lastly broken front door lock two days and two no shows. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY NEVER FIXED OR REPLACE BROKEN OR MALFUNCTIONING ITEMS. TOTAL SLUMLORDS! See my pictures.
Update: Finally repaired front door 4 days after reporting broken lock

If you’re looking for an awesome property management company, look no further. Playa Realty and Management is the best. They are diligent and hard working, and they follow up and follow through. They are responsive to tenants and repair needs, and provide excellent customer service. As a rental property owner, I love working with Playa Realty. They rock!

I’ve rented a townhome from Playa for 2 years and had no issues. I emailed my Property Manager for Maintenance issues and they had someone out within 2 days in most cases. The staff was friendly and the last year I was renting, Playa finally allowed rental payments online. Can’t complain.
