I am not sure what the bad reviews are about. I won’t call anyone else. I have had to use them twice in the last year. They are the most responsive. They promptly pick up the phone and dispatch a tech who shows up with the required equipment to get the job done. All at a fair price. Thank you, Superior!

I was very impressed with Raul’s professionalism. Not only did he arrive on time but actually cleaned my rugs on the same visit. He moved the furniture and offered to replace it as well. I would recommend this company and Raul.

I randomly contacted Superior after finding our home flooded with an inch of water. With the panic and it being almost 10pm, I just goggled flooding companies and called Superior. Didn’t give it any research. By the time I read the reviews it was too late to back out. Honestly, I was a bit hesitant after reading the comments. Raul arrived to my house very fast, prepared and ready to work. He was soo helpful, explained the process and made us feel at ease. Very pleasant and helpful at all times; Always a phone call away. Eddie arrived later and was so kind to offer us a hotel room until our insurance claim was processed (it was a Saturday night). His gesture was very much appreciated even though we didn’t take the offer. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!
Raul did all the demolition. He worked very fast! I also worked with Angelique, I believe she does Admin work. I spoke to her a few times. Very helpful and pleasant to speak to. Leo, I met once. Great customer service. Overall my experience was great. Hastle free and efficient!!! Based on my experience I would recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU!

Really?! It’s been 10 months since your goons were here and you are just now addressing my review. If in fact you did fire the guy then good for you, one of your better business decisions. I am sorry though, once bitten twice shy and it seems like I am not the only one who had a bad experience. I cannot allow your employees back in. Good luck

I just saw Eddie’s reply to my review, and it is *complete* B.S. I never once called him to thank him for anything. I never once called him to express my satisfaction with his company’s work.
Let me make this perfectly clear (as if I haven’t already): I am not, nor was I ever, anywhere near satisfied, or even begrudgingly accepting of, any part of my experience with Superior Cleaning & Restoration, Inc, nor did I *ever* imply in any way whatsoever that I was. My review is very explicit in describing the numerous ways in which his company proved to be a complete and total failure. The only thing worse than the nightmare that is Eddie’s company is Eddie himself.
Eddie is lying through his teeth every bit as much in his posts on Unilocal as he does on his company website as he does on the phone as his company does in person.
I also noticed that their website has now magically removed «James H.‘s» doctored review, obviously in reaction to me calling them out on it. Incredible. Good thing I already have the screen-​grab of what their fictitious reviews site showed before they took it down.

The two young man that came out to clean my carpet from superior cleaning and restoration. Perform their jobs excellently professionally and very courteous. I would not hesitate to have them out again. I also asked if they would call 15 minutes prior to arriving so I would have the dogs locked in the backyard. They called to inform me that they could show up early which was great for my schedule. The two young man represented the company in the best professional manner. I would recommend this company for carpet cleaning again for myself. Job well done.

I called them for air duct cleaning. I did not realize they did not have Hepa filters. My house was left with layers of dirt and dust.

Superior cleaning does the wax and buff on the floors for our business. Every time they come our floors are left clean and so shiny you can see the reflection of the chairs and tables. We are so happy with their work we referred them to our neighbor when she needed her floors done. They came to her the next day, gave a quote and quickly took care of her carpet. She was very pleased with the quick response and quality of work. These guys are great!

Contacted Superior in Palm Springs after some water damage. Contact was based on recommendation from my heating/​AC company, not realizing until later that they were a related business. Arrived promptly to address damage and set up fans and dehumidifier to dry carpet and wet areas. Problems were in follow-​up on restoration. An area rug in the entry that I was told would be cleaned was not, furniture was moved back on wet carpet without any protection — resulting in a rust spot on carpet under sofa leg, and a bookcase was almost destroyed in moving it because person doing the clean-​up had no help or proper equipment for moving furniture. Living room area was put back to together well thanks to a painter and carpet person they brought in who did great jobs.
Unfortunately, they neglected to address the heating/​AC closet where the water entered until after I had to return to my primary home. According to building manager, area was repaired, but left unfinished (painted), and attempts to get them back to finish have been futile, since they had already charged my credit card.
Would not recommend using this company.
