Served

Well, two months later, the DEFENDANT actually made contact, tipping me off that the process server had been marginally sucessful. The agency said they «tried» to call me. Funny, but during our holiday, i received all messages from clients and personal. The fax and email remained void of messages from Served PS. That’s unprofessional. I once again had to initiate contact to get what i need, 48 hours until court time (the date i had to get extended to allow Served PS more time to do their job). Wondering now if i really will recieve confirmation in time for court.

For something so simple, Served proved to be completely incompetent. I asked for routine process service and their website stated 2 – 3 business day to complete. After 7 days they still couldn’t get it done, even when I had the defendant’s work address. All they had to do was drop off the court docs to the manager at defendant’s work, a local, busy restaurant. I called to check the status and received excuses about how busy the one person in the office was. Was told I’d get a call back, didn’t, had to call back on day 7 to get the same lame excuses. It would have been much less of a hassle to simply have had a friend substitute serve the papers Now I have to re-​file the case and Served has cost me the fee to re-​file and as well I’m out for the money I paid them to do the job they couldn’t complete. A total waste of my time and money. Thanks for nothing Served; you have some real nerve.

Served! did an amazing job in serving my defendant! She is a VERY difficult person to track down but they were able to get it done! Props! Also a big shout out goes to Brent for his relentless efforts in service, much appreciated! I would definitely use them again but hopefully not too soon! (:

Brent and Served totally get it. Had two different small claims cases, one in Cat City and the other in San Juan Capistrano. Within 3 days both were served, San Juan Capistrano taking longer than Cat City…3 days! Totally on top of it. Never a question. Served the right people the first time. Could not have made it any easier. I searched several places and I can honestly say you can save a lot of steps by just going to Served first. And the price was fair without any «extras».

Amazing service, statewide results! The team at Served! has always been helpful, friendly, and attentive to the needs of their customers and clients. Simply can’t ask for better results when looking for process servers! (They do a whole slew of other things as well… they’re always looking to help out!!)
