We had a great couples massage at the Rock Spa. Janae and Tiffany were very professional and excellent. The whole spa was a very relaxing atmosphere and we enjoyed the entire experience. Would recommend to a friend!

My mother came to town for a short visit, I thought what’s better than receiving a massage! I booked my mum a 50 minute Swedish and she convinced me to get one as well. Michelle (the manager) was able to put us in a larger room so we could have our massages done at the same time, the welcome experience was spot on, Mel offered us water and showed us the way to the locker room and assisted us with getting our slippers and robes. We met our massage therapists Janae and Tiffany. They were very sweet and informed us they would step out of the room while we got settled on the table. Once the girls came back they began the massage, and I will tell you in was FANTASTIC! The girls knew what they were doing and I even think the table was heated (BONUS!) once the massage sadly came to an end, they stepped out of the room to relax for a few and get changed back into our robes, when we came out of the room they were waiting for us and lead us to a relaxing lounge that had a welcoming/​tranquil vibe and waiting for us was two glasses of champagne. After we enjoyed our beverage we went back to the locker room where we utilized the showers and they had all the supplies needed.
It was truly a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to book again!

I came here a few months back and had a massage and a body scrub treatment. I was very happy with both. When I came in I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist Melanie, great customer service. Everything was nicely organized and calming inside. I loved the coffee scrub I got and would love to return and try their fruity one I believe it was watermelon. My skin felt so amazing and soft after. The massage was a great deal at 99 $ for an hour massage and the therapist was very good. I’d definitely recommend this spa and visit again!

Had a very relaxing massage today. I’m usually very worried about a sciatic nerve problem I have in my back and getting a massage, but my therapist was not only sensitive to my ailment but was able to give me a very relaxing massage. I loved the extra touch of the detox tea they had waiting for me when the massage was over.

I came here visiting Palm Springs for the day from LA. I had a massage scheduled earlier in the day at another salon which was a horrible experience, so I wanted to redeem my massage experience at another spa. I literally walked by the hard rock hotel and googled to see if they had a spa which they did. I walked down and was pleasantly greeted and given an appointment immediately. The massage by Scott was unbelievable. I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely return here again!
