Palos Verdes Villas

Hands-​down one of the best run apartment complexes I have ever had the privilege of living in. I know of what I speak having been in property management in the past. I needed an apartment after relocating until I could find something to purchase and it was perfect.
Tucked away and gated, very safe and quite.
Ellen the onsite manager and Alberto the onsite handyman are so responsive and quick to take care of any needs they are both wonderful.
Don’t hesitate this place is awesome.
As an aside the utilities are very reasonable here also.

Palos Verdes Villias is by far the BEST place I have ever lived! I love this place!!! It is a wonderful, safe, clean, beautiful, peaceful, sweet and pet friendly community .The on site manager, Ellen is FANTASTIC. I moved here in the heat of the summer and I have multiple sclerosis I was a little concerned that if the central air went out I might be in trouble because MS can be exacerbated by extreme temperatures. Not only does the central air work wonderfully but every time I have had even a minor problem of any kind both Ellen and the on site incredibly knowledgeable maintenance man, Alberto respond within 5 or 10 minutes… Wow !!!I have struck GOLD!!! The price is great and there are many extras: washer dryers in every apartment, nice size balcony or patio pools and spa, covered parking. I just can’t say enough good things about this community and the staff.

Well. What can I say. This was, by far, one of the best apartment complexes I have EVER lived in. In case you are wondering I am a mother and in Education. I found these apartments to be clean, safe, quiet, and a friendly community. Everyone knows every one and the onsite manager is simply amazing. She was always available via text message or phone and prompt with her response to property needs.
This is the only apartment complex I have lived in where the onsite manager comes out of her office to go and inspect the problem that you are having with 5 – 10 mins of the call. Additionally, when I lived there I was pregnant and she was always attentive and checking in to ensure that our AC worked properly and that we had no mandatory needs.
I lived in this complex from 2008 – 2010 and never once did I feel as though it was unsafe, dirty or loud. People cleaned up after their pets, the apartment gate worked 98% if the time and rent is very reasonable. We rented a top unit which was 2 beds 2 baths. The pool was maintained year round and the party room was available to rent for a refundable $ 100 deposit.
There is assigned parking for each unit but ample guest parking so all your company can park within the complex. There were annual community gatherings and everyone knew everyone.
The hospital is directly down the street and you are just outside of downtown Palm Springs which makes commuting in the valley a piece of cake!
I have yet to find something as wonderful as this complex and was sad to relocate and leave. If you are looking for a long-​term living situation with reasonable rates and a completely awesome management staff, come live at Palos Verdes Villas!
PS– they don’t dick you around with unreasonable rent increases, they respect their tenants and want to keep them around.
