Really enjoyed shopping here. Lots of tee-shirts and trinkets and good prices. Picked up two nice tee-shirts here. Would definitely come back.

This is probably the best general store in Palm Springs I strongly recommend this establishment to any visitors.

Great spot to get your Palm Springs souvenirs & memorabilia. Nice man & young lady working the cashier, prices can be better but they are not bad as far as a coffee cup or shot glasses go. They have a lot to choose from and anything you might want to get before you leave Palm Springs or you forgot at home. Try them out next time you’re in town.

I agree with Linda N… UNTIL you want to do an exchange! I bought a pair of Flojo Flip Flops which cost about $ 25. I walked out of the store about 6 steps and decided to keep my old flip flops on till I could get to my hotel room and wear the new ones on carpet to break them in. After wearing them in my hotel room on carpet for a while, I realize they rubbed and were not comfortable at all. We were going back to the area that night so I called to confirm their stores hours. At the same time, I let them know I was coming back for an exchange. I was very clear I wanted an exchange NOT my money back. Their reaction made me question if I had the same store and were dealing with the same lovely ladies I had earlier that day. You would have thought I was trying to steal their first born! They and I agree I left the store wearing the flip flops, but I made it very clear they were taken off in just a few steps. I assured them they were perfectly clean like new, they in fact still had tags on them. I was told, «You can bring them in for us to see if they are like new, but you still can’t get an exchange.» I asked what would then be the purpose of bringing them in if they were that adamant there would be no exchange. They were stumped. All the while some guy named Bill was in the background like a little brat, not willing to get on the phone with me, but telling the woman on the phone«And say this…» «Tell them that…» When I was able to dispute every point Bill was trying to make, he finally throws in, «It’s a health law that we cannot exchange footwear.» At that point I told them, «You are full of baloney, every store exchanges or refunds footwear, especially if it is in new condition. I worked in retail many years and there is no such health law stating no footwear exchanges.» At that point I realized I was dealing with morons who are wonderful when you are giving them money, but have no customer service skills whatsoever when you put your wallet away. There are souvenir shops all over the place in Palm Springs, and of course a Wal-Mart which carries souvenirs at much better prices. I will take my money anywhere but PSGS. I advise you to do the same unless your purchase is absolutely 100% exactly what you want.

This is you’re go to place to get souvenirs with the name Palm Springs all over it. It has you’re typical stuff like coffee cups, pens, key chains, and clothing. They do offer a lot more stuff also. Staff is friendly always willing to help but they do give you alone time. I don’t always go into souvenir stores. But I needed to get gifts for some people. That is why I dropped by to visit. And I heard it is in a Mid-Century Modern Building.
