The question now often asked: «Is real estate still a good investment, or is merely a place to call home? Of course, the answer to that question is different depending on each individual situation. That is why I am not a «Now is a great time to buy» real estate agent. I cut through the noise and propaganda often found in the mainstream media and the National Association of Realtors about the housing market and tell the truth as I see it. And that truth always requires careful understanding of my clients’ needs and goals.
