Escape Room Palm Springs

We had an absolute blast!!! We took our employees for a fun team building evening, although we didn’t find our way out of the Saw room, the experience was so much fun! If you want to take your employees somewhere for a fun night, this is the place! James was awesome and we all laughed and had a great time. Thanks Escape Room Palm Springs. We will be back to try the Titanic room next time.

What a fun way to spend some time with friends. We worked together and unlocked clues to get out of the Saw room. Will certainly go back again to do this.

I brought my mother and her party of 10 here for her 50^th birthday. They had a blast and won’t stop talking about it. The owners of the place were so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend everyone go and enjoy themselves. It wasn’t scary at all and they gave them clues to help them when they got stuck. Our experience here was excellent.

Great time, and staff was helpful. They let our small party of 4 play in a room without other participants. There was a slight malfunction of the grand finale, but overall a good experience.

I wanted to do something with my mom for Mother’s Day rather than just buying her the usual flowers or perfume, and thankfully I stumbled upon the Escape Room Palm Springs and it could not have been more perfect! We did the Titanic room, and when I was booking it over the phone I was told that if you want to have a room to yourself the best time to come in is a Sunday around noon, which was nice because it was our first time and we wanted to be able to just be goofy and have a good time!
From the moment we got there everyone was EXTREMELY friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Once we were in the room Gamemaster Mai was SO helpful, giving us amazing hints without giving anything away or making it less fun or immersive. We were moments away from finishing so we did end up sinking, but the experience was something we talked about afterward for a good couple hours and we just couldn’t stop laughing, it was so much fun! I definitely will be coming back to play the other rooms.

Wow!!! What an incredible experience! The staff was awesome and it really does bring your team together! I am most definitely bringing more people to this! So fun!

Seriously so much fun! Came here as a group of 10 teachers/​staff as a gift from our principals and we all worked together to solve the Mystery Room. We did it! The staff was so fun and nice. Stephanie was such great help to our team and was able to answer some of our questions and helped guide us through our room. Thank you Stephanie! Love you! You rock!

We were looking for a fun place to celebrate our friend’s 40^th birthday and this came to mind. Some of the husbands were tentative and skeptical but we made them go anyway. We had so much fun that our husbands are now the ones asking us to set up the next trip to the Escape room!
It was a little difficult to find initially but totally worth the U-​turns to find the street! The coordinators were friendly and made us feel relaxed as we were about to be «trapped» in a room.
It was a unique experience that was both fun and challenging and we can’t wait to go back!

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Titanic Room at Escape Room Palm Springs this past weekend along with a group of friends. What a fun time we had. There was a bit of apprehension going in about what to expect, how would we know what to do, etc. But all worries were put to rest by the staff and our Game Master Mai who answered every question and assured us that we would be fine. Knowing that if we got totally stuck we could communicate with GM Mai to get a hint was a big help. The room itself was fun, the puzzles challenging and creative and the entire experience a delight. Throughout the rest of the evening our conversation kept going back to some aspect of the room or some puzzle that we had or hadn’t solved. You can be assured you will enjoy Escape Room Palm Springs and that you will be well taken care of. Great job folks!

This place is awesome! I did the SAW room (didn’t end up escaping,
haha) with a former roommate and we had a blast. Game Master Mei was wonderful and the staff were friendly, easygoing, and humorous. Experience itself was exciting and extremely immersive. This experience has turned me into an escape room enthusiast! Wholeheartedly recommend to anyone with a sense of humor and adventure!

Grandmaster Mai was my hero on multiple occasions. It was tough but the SAW room didn’t break us. Team Westcoast Oulaws wasn’t scared. Except that time we screamed. And then that other time. And then that one other time. And then that time after that.
I would recommend this for anyone to try. Take your new friend, your old friend, your dog, your cat, and move your butts to Escape Room.

My friends and I are pretty addicted to Escape Rooms now and we heard a lot of good things about this place. We decided to do three of their escape rooms in a row and we were pleasantly surprised! Honestly think this place has given me my favorite Escape Room experience so far. Mehlani was our game master and she was great. The Saw room is a must do.

The Palm Spring Escape Room was so fun! I had no idea what an escape room was or what it was about… And now I want to go back right away! Had a great time, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice facility, the room was decorated very well– great experience for friends or family.
PS-​Make sure you’re not angry at anyone in your group before you go in :)

This was our first attempt at an escape room. We booked Saw.
The guy at the front desk was very friendly and gave clear instructions.
Our game master took us to our room and set us free for 45 mins. We did ask for help a few times when we got stuck. He didn’t give us the answer but helped guide us back to what we needed to solve.
We completed the room with 3 mins left. We talked about it all night afterwards. This is something fun to do before heading out to dinner for the night

Highly recommend this super fun activity for a large or small group!
The staff was very friendly, organized, gave clear instructions and helpful (yes, you will need help!!). Lots of attention to detail (right down to the puzzles you can play with while waiting for your room.).
We were in the dark shadows room which was fantastic! There were many tricks, challenges, and surprises that kept us busy from start to finish.
Can’t wait to return and try the other rooms!

I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of Escape Room Palm Springs. I really enjoyed the little details. It was so wonderful to see strangers working together toward a common goal.
Each room sucks you in and gets your heart pumping. It was invigorating to find the clues and piece them together. I didn’t expect the twists.
I’m a big puzzle fan and found some parts harder than others. Great time solving puzzles large and small.
The head to head Titanic Room competition made me feel like I was on the boat as it was going down.
Can’t wait to go again.

This is my second time at this escape room.
It’s so much fun and Judy is SO NICE! She made us feel so comfortable.
The dark shadows room is amazing! It’s tricky and complicated but extremely rewarding.
We also did the saw room which we ALSO liked but did not get out of ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I cannot WAIT until the titanic room is open!
I think the videos at the beginning are a bit unnecessary, but it doesn’t take away from the experience at all.
We will for SURE be back!

If you’re looking for something new and unique consider a visit here. This experience is definitely something outside the usual entertainment box. Using your wits and puzzle-​solving skills you’ll search for clues to escape whichever room you select. (Current rooms are the Dark Shadows Room, the SAW Room and the Mystery Room. The Titanic Room opens April 7 where you can play head to head in identical rooms. My personal favorite is the Dark Shadows room.)
Our group had so much fun on our first visit we went back for another serving of a different room. Time to brag — we’re 3 for 3! Usual successful escape percentage is 12−20%. Don’t despair thinking you’ll get stuck if a puzzle is too hard. You’re monitored by a gamemaster who’s a mere radio call away with tips and hints when you hit a snag. Mind you, it’s NOT easy, but it’s always fun.
Whether as a team building activity for a work group, an extended family outing, or a unique date night (double date as you really will want more than 2 people to escape your room within the 45 minute time limit) this is something well worth the $ 30 admission. Look for a discount link hidden on their webpage before you book your reservation. And once you book remember to check in on Unilocal when you arrive for a bonus use of a flashlight during your game.
To reassure you: it is NOT scary. Nothing or anyone jumps out at you.
This is so much fun I think they could offer a money back guarantee if you don’t have fun and not lose a cent.
You may not escape but you will have a blast!

I’ve been wanting to try one of these for a while now and this did not disappoint. Whether you’re a fan of the digital escape the room games, a puzzler or just someone looking to try something new… this is the place for you. Great thing to do with a group of friends. We made it out of the room, which was immensely gratifying. The owners are also incredibly nice and fun folks.

What a great experience. We attended a game before the grand opening next week. It was so much fun and definitely kept us on our toes mentally.
My group experienced the «saw» room. It was an amazing adventure from start to finish. The staff is so welcoming and make for a great time! Definitely worth going back time and time again.
