Best customer service I’ve had in years. I would give David 10 stars if I could.

We have been a customer of David’s for almost 20 years. I’ve known for a long time that he’s amazing, but I had to write this review now, because he outdid himself. The string on of our wooden blinds broke, and it wasn’t properly repaired and functioned worse than before. David not only addressed the issue immediately, but he was able to get a new one made at no cost to us.
Over the years, he has provided impeccable service for each and every one of our projects. David’s professionalism, combined with his wonderful personality, makes him irreplaceable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Since I dealt with David at my home in Glendale, I made an appointment to see what he would recommend for my new home in Palm Springs. He showed up on time, with all the samples and ideas that made it easy for me to choose. He is the consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. Prices are more than fair. My new home looks fabulous. You can count on David.

I started off looking for authorized Hunter Douglas dealers online and had bad experiences with both 3 Day Blinds and Decorview. They were late for their appointments, couldn’t offer me the latest Hunter Douglas products, didn’t have showrooms and were overpriced. Then I met with David from Custom Shutters by David in his showroom. What a huge difference! He carried all of the latest products, had samples, was really knowledgeable about the products and had the best prices. He came out to my house the same day and took measurements himself. My top down bottom up shades for the eight windows and the luminette privacy sheers for the glass slider are beautiful and fit perfectly! Tim, the installer has been working for David for a really long time and he installed all eight windows perfectly in 45 minutes! Great prices, great people, great products, no delays or hassles, this is honestly the nicest experience that I’ve ever had with a business! David is so personable and does whatever it takes to make the customer extremely satisfied. I would recommend Custom Shutters by David to everyone, knowing that they will have the same great experience that I did.

David is the best! He made himself available right away, and his appointments fit perfectly with my schedule.

David was amazing. Personable, professional, and very helpful. He even recommended *against* a higher priced option after we talked to him about our family (i.e. an 18 month old with constantly sticky fingers) and identified a less expensive and more durable option that looked even better than our original idea.
The job was perfect, done exactly when he said it would be, and the whole process was overseen by David personally the entire time (no random contractors wandering the house alone). Great work.
