Eddie and his brother-​in-​law employee just left our home. We have sparking clean windows. The most important thing I can tell you is that Eddie is a real pro. He was responsive, punctual, careful, mindful of our belongings, efficient and just a really nice guy. We could not be more pleased. He was even able to give us an estimate online, after we gave him our address. He looked at our home via google and voila, instant estimate. Being a former Realtor, I can tell you that I’ve had dealings with every contractor under the sun. Very few match up to Eddie’s professionalism and the pride he takes in his work. You will not be disappointed. Don’t even bother getting a second estimate. His price was very fair.

I found out about Busy Bugs via Unilocal last year. Eddie was working alone at that time and I was very impressed with his professional manner. We decided to use him again this year and he came with several helpers. They cleaned inside and out and did a very good job. However, several of my screens were not put back in the track properly and some tracks were not cleaned to my standards. So I would suggest a ‘walk about’ with Eddie before he departs.

We owned a janitorial cleaning company for many years and I am a dental hygienist, so we are picky picky picky and have attention to detail. Eddie was awesome! Met my expectations and they were high! Eddie is professional, courteous and polite. Eddie is now working alone. He was quick to respond to our request for a quote (very reasonable) and was able to schedule our cleaning on short notice. He did an outstanding job on the windows, screens and tracks in our Palm Springs house and we will definitely be using him for years to come. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

Busy Bugs has cleaned our windows previously and did a great job for a reasonable price. This time the solar electric panels were really dirty and Eddie cleaned them as well. I had noticed some decreasing wattage output over the past month or so and wondered if it might be from cumulative dust. After being cleaned the output in kilowatts jumped by 27%, so this really makes a big difference and we plan to have Busy Bugs clean the photovoltaics from now on when they do our windows.

Eddie (the owner) and his guys just left my house. They spent about 2 hours cleaning the windows, screens, and awnings.
They weren’t not the cheapest of those I’ve used, but they were by far the best.
They were on time and spent about 2 hours at my house. The windows have never looked so good.
I am very pleased with the results and will be using them again for sure.

Eddie with Busy Bugs did a great job at my condo in Palm Springs. Three large sliders and about ten or so other windows, depending on how you count them. (Plate glass areas next to the sliders are considered one big window by some washers.)
He cleaned the windows and screens. The price was fair for the effort they put into doing a good job.

Well here is my update as of 4÷16÷14. Had appt. scheduled for today at 2pm. Appt. made 2 weeks ago. Was home at 10:00am for remainder of day and moved some items away from windows for easy access. No show by 2:15pm so I called him. He answered and said he was sick & that he had tried to call me but no message machine was on. I said I had been home since 10am & phone never rang + my message machine was on. Sorry to hear he was ill but very annoyed that he wasn’t forthright about contacting me. He said he felt better & would come once we hung up but he would have been alone w/​no helper & temps were in mid 90’s. I also felt it would have taken him twice as long to do my job with all my windows so I declined.
I really wanted to use you Eddie but hate made up stories. Elected to try someone else.
