Christine Davis-Arden, owner of xFitness in Palm Desert is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Originally from Big Bear Lake, California, Christine grew a love for health and wellness. She enjoys biking, snowboarding, water skiing and boating. She loves to be active and is knowledgeable in nutrition for a healthy lifestyle. Christine understands that each client is different with special ailments and has different goals in mind. Each program is specifically tailored and personalized for each individual client to achieve the best possible results.
