Being the first time having lashes I wasn’t aware that they weren’t doing a good job. I didn’t know the glue wasn’t suppose to burn. The place wasn’t that clean. I have since found a gal named SHELLY at Sherry Mesa The Salon who is EXCELLENT… what a difference!

Sarai at Wink is absolutely amazing! This was my first time getting my lashes done and I couldn’t be happier. Going to Wink you are getting what you pay for! With these lashes being so close to my eyes I would never imagine settling for somewhere else with a cheaper price. Great customer service, great treatments, and great products.

This place does a great job on lashes and facials. I really like the membership too cause it is very convenient and affordable. I wear the silk lashes and they come out very nice. Much healthier on your lashes then synthetic. The brightening facial was awesome too my skin felt very nice afterwords.

This was my first time doing my eyelashes and oh my lord did she do a wonderful job! i had so many questions since i had never done them and sarai answer every single one of them without hesitation (honestly the only reason why i did them was because my girlfriends recommended me to her). i will definitely go back to her.

Waste of money. I went to Wink for 2 months and had a «lash membership». My lashes NEVER lasted more than a week before needing a fill, despite the fact that I go to great lengths to care for them. My eyes always hurt and burned after a fill. The extensions they use are thick, very fake looking, and always felt like they were poking my eyelids. Fills often took less than the 30 minutes advertised with the membership and I would leave my appts. with my lashes STILL looking sparse despite the fact that I had plenty of my natural lashes where the extensions could go AND despite the fact that I told my technician that I like a very full look. The last straw was during a fill when I told Sarai that the eyelash pads felt like they were slipping and she curtly replied to me, «They’re doing what I need them to do…» Ummm– ok; but I just told you I was uncomfortable! Consequently, after the fill my eyes burned and watered like crazy with several extensions falling off within 24 hours. My friend saw me the next day and told me it looked like my eyelashes were «stuck together». NO MORE. I cancelled my membership. If you’re not going to listen to me, then I will spend my money elsewhere.

This was the worst lash extension experience I’ve ever had.
I was traveling in the area and needed a fill. I read the reviews here and it seemed high-​quality. I don’t mind paying higher prices for this because I value it being done right. Plus I really needed a fill and when I called asked if they did mink lashes. They said yes, and then, just to make sure (which I always do) I asked if they were 100% authentic mink, and she said «yes» again. Satisfied I booked my appointment. I let her know if probably need a 90-​minute appointment because my lashes were fairly sparse (it had been about 3 weeks) and usually that’s what my appointments at my regular place in miami.
I arrived and was impressed by the place, it’s gorgeous. The front desk girl took me to the back and introduced me to the woman who would do my fill. Once again I verified that these were 100% authentic mink lashes and she said they were.
She laid me down and applied the pads under my eyes. After a few seconds my eyes started to water badly, it felt like the edges of the pads (especially on the left) were grazing my eyeballs. I tried to bear it a little while as she started to work but after a few seconds I had to say something. I asked if she could adjust the pads down a smudge because they were bothering me. She seemed annoyed by my request but pulled the sides down a tad, but didn’t adjust the middle, where it was still stuck in the same place, so I asked again. This time she said «I can’t move them any more.» So I spend the rest of the session uncomfortable.
Then she started «working». She was tugging, pulling and pinching my lashes, so much that 3 times I actually twitched or jerked my legs in pain. I asked what she was doing and said she was just removing old lashes. She didn’t even APOLOGIZE when I would jump and it felt like she only got more aggressive when I’d react or speak. So I spent the rest of the session in a state of anxiety, wondering when the next jab/​pain was going to come.
I should probably mention at this point that I’ve been getting lashes at a variety of places (I travel a lot) for about 8 months now and have never had this happen (usually I meditate or even sleep during my sessions). 45 minutes after I started, she said «okay we are done.» I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t even realize she’d started applying lashes (it was so uncomfortable I figured she was still removing) and in my experience there was no way she could have filled in all those gaps so quickly with real mink (which are very thin and light and require a heavy hand to really show up).
Then she handed me the mirror. The lashes were not only longer than what of had before, they were really really (really) thick. I don’t mean thick as in full, I mean thick as in I had about half the lashes but each lash was SUPER thick. Not only that, they were «pokey» and hard. Not soft like mink at all. I asked her about that and once again asked if she used authentic mink and she said she had. I figured perhaps there were different types of mink, and I’m not one to argue so I paid (a lot) and left.
As the days wore on, I noticed my eyes were sensitive and sore so 6 days later when I came back to miami I went to see my regular girl. She took one look at my lashes and said «girl what did you do???» I told her about the experience and she said that the lashes were absolutely positively synthetic. And furthermore they were waaaaaay too thick. She said my natural lashes were too fine to hold such a heavy lash and that this was one reason — coupled with the fact that several of my natural lashes were stuck to the extensions — why my eyes were sore and sensitive.
My regular girl spent almost 1 hour undoing the damage done at Wink and then another hour re-​doing my lashes. She didn’t remove them all, but had to remove many lashes. And when it was all over, she showed me what she’d removed compared to what she put on.
The lashes removed were thick and coarse, and she showed me that the very thickest synthetic lashes she carried were STILL finer than the ones she removed. I was so angry, not just at wasting the money, but also the time I wasted, the rude treatment and most of all being lied to. Do NOT go to this place!!!

There are lots of reviews on here talking about the price of the services and not the services themselves and let me tell you — you get what you pay for! I had Wink Lash help me with my wedding and dammmnnnn we looked good! Aimee and her team are total professionals and armed with only the best products for maximum beautification. My bridesmaids, my mum and myself came out glowing and it showed in my wedding pictures. The Wink Lash team of experts even came to our house to help us get ready the morning of my wedding which was a real treat. I cannot recommend Wink Lash or their services enough. Thank you so much for making my wedding so glamorous and I’ll definitely be back for a blow dry next time I am in the desert!

There should be 4 ½ because that’s what I’d give them! (Not 5 only because their services are fairly pricey). I’ve been a client for 2 years, and am a happy and very satisfied customer, since they now have price-​saving memberships which allow you to choose your own personal needs for eyelash extensions and other beauty services.
The estheticians are always on site, so it IS possible to call in and book an appointment straightaway, if they don’t have an appointment scheduled at the time of your call. I like to work with one dedicated esthetician so that he/​she gets to know my lashes and my preferences.
Sarai has been working with me since my first appointment at Wink LASH & BEAUTY BAR, and her technique, eye for detail, and pleasant and personable bedside manner keep me coming back for all my eyelash extensions! I’m Always pleased with the results, and have never needed to come back in for an adjustment or touch-​up before my next scheduled fill. Also, Sarai has me check my lashes before we’re finished and if there’s ever a concern over a lash or several lashes, she addresses them until I am satisfied (with no attitude at all!) and I always leave a very happy and satisfied customer.
Besides all that, Wink LASH & BEAUTY BAR offers many other services and a product called «GrandeLASH-​MD» Eyelash and Eyebrow Formula, which I was skeptical about trying, but it really works! It promotes lash (and eyebrow) growth and fullness, and after a test period I was Certain it worked, so I bought some for my besties for Christmas:) The store also has some of the cutest gifts for sale, so if you’re looking for something nice to treat yourself or a friend/​family member, you’re covered there, too! My gf’s birthday was coming up so I bought her the most divine smelling candle with a matching sea salt scrub. Next time I think I’ll buy one for myself, it smelled Sooooo good:)
One last thing… If you want to get your hair done before or after your beauty/​lash treatment, «Just Blow Drys» is two doors down! Just perfect for a one-​stop beauty indulgence:) Although a bit pricey, I believe you get what you pay for, and in this case (at Wink LASH & BEAUTY BAR) it’s professionalism, personal care, attention to detail, great looking lashes, and added extras should you have the time to look around the shop and/​or ask the staff questions about what you would like.

I go to Wink for lash extensions, and have had my brows waxed there too. I would like to comment on the lashes and just how real they look. I get asked at least two times a week about my lashes and where I get them. I always go to Cynthia, I think she is very skilled at the application process (my lashes don’t fall out). Also, I have very blonde hair and truly non existent brows, so I also got my brows tinted last time I was in, they use a plant based die that lasts and lasts. Wink also has little gifts at the front of the salon for the impossible to shop for — sister/​mother/​girlfriend in your like.

I have been looking for a talented eyelash extension artist for 4 years and I finally found them! Wink lash & Beauty bar! Their are many talented technicians to choose from! Cynthia’s service and spa like atmosphere is a real treat! I appreciate the 2 week fill program because the time it takes away from my calendar is nothing compared to each day applying mascara & taking off eye makeup at night.
I have been wearing extensions for at least 4 years and my natural lashes are strong and I also use Grande Lash MD and it has been a bonus to keeping my lashes in great shape. I’m sharing this endorsement because of the fact that I tried 3 other salons for extensions in the desert and was more than terribly disappointed… Hopefully this review will help those who are searching for a reliable salon!

I have been going to Cynthia at Wink lash and Beauty bar for over a year now for my lash extensions. Not only do I constantly receive the best quality lash application but am always made to feel beyond welcomed by their friendly staff. I’ve tried several places before I finally found Wink an not one compares to the quality service, my lashes always look amazing and they LAST!!! Not to mention the extremely reasonable prices.
Ive sent several friends/​family to Cynthia at Wink, all to whom have left there as happy clients.

called first for quote, which was $ 90; actual price $ 250. explained to receptionist who gave quotes that i needed a new set not refill. realize that my lashes were sparse due to other lash extensions. but the lashes i received, coupled with the price, left me feeling like this beauty bar was way over-​priced. lashes were only visible from a side-​view, and i would have been better off buying a removable set from sephora down the block. really disappointed.

Last week I got eyelash extensions and I am beyond thrilled! Cynthia did such a wonderful consultation really paying attention to everything I said. The procedure was completely painless and easy and the end product is simply spectacular. Since getting the eyelash extensions, I have not worn any eye make up because I don’t need it! Totally recommend to anyone who is considering this procedure.

The appointment to which you refer lasted 40 minutes – much less than the usual time. I have no problem living by the commitment but the fact that you are not flexible when there was no alternative is unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer and often buy product as well. I have already shared my experience with my friends and will continue to do so. You had the opportunity to make this right and you chose not to. I told several members of your staff I would be out of the country and no one mentioned I would be charged the additional money. AND my appointment was arbitrarily cancelled by your staff and I had to wait until the next appointment was available. Thanks for taking the time to share your version of the poor customer service.

Sales person convinced me to buy the lash product that you apply once or twice day to make your lashes grow. I applied it religiously 2 times a day… IT DOES NO WORK. All it did was irritate-​my eyes

Lori at the lash bar is wonderful. I get my lashes filled every two weeks there and they look so natural I get compliments on a daily basis. I have been to about 5 places previously and this is the only one that I have stuck with because I am so happy with my lashes from there. If you want longer fuller lashes drop on by you won’t regret t and will probably become an addict like me ;*)

Wink lash and beauty bar has done my makeup and hair for 2 fashion shows-​The Susan G. Komen event and The Palm Springs Womens Club fashion show. The girls are lovely and really know their craft. Everything from mixing and blending foundation to creating amazing vintage hairstyles and applying lashes. I highly recommend them.

Been going to Wink Lash since November, 2013. I started with the fake lashes that lasted 2 days. Decided to go to Wink and love, love, love, Lori. I get my refills every 2 weeks. She did my makeup for the P. S. Film Festival Gala. Gorgeous. I feel like a million bucks when I walk out of there. She now tweezes my brows every 2 weeks. Never looked better. If there was a rating for 10 stars, they would have it!

Love, Love, Love the atmosphere and energy of this salon. They know how to make you look your best with makeup and eyelashes, brow shaping and fantastic facials with the most fabulous products. They did my make up for a fashion show I was involved with and it was spectacular! Get pampered and treated like a celebrity with the talented staff at Wink!
