My wife and I tan in different cities all the time. This place is one of the best we have ever used. Ann is accommodating and very friendly. I would recommend this business to everyone. The rooms are always clean. The bulbs appear to be changed regularly.

I’m sorry I have to even give the place one star. The owner is horrible. You are wasting your money. No color in her 15 minute beds, that she allows you to only go in for 10 minutes. And do not purchase unlimited as she only allows three sessions a week, and they must be spread out. She has B/​S MADE UP policies, but refuses to give anything to you in writing. be ware if you allow her to suck you into her packages. I was told in advance she was very greedy & I should have listen. So sorry to have to share this with you.

I would give this place zero stars if I could! The owner is a condescending woman and is very hard to talk to because she doesn’t seem to understand or is unable to follow simple reasoning and conversation. Me and my mother went for a spray tan. It worked on my mother but after the tan my white hair cap and skin were still pure white and having had a million spray tans before I could tell something had gone wrong and it did not work on me. She seemed uninterested and just kept saying okay if it didn’t work come back tomorrow. I explained it would be very difficult to get there the next day and could we not just remedy the situation now. She was adamant. The next day my mom was tan while I white as a ghost. I made the trip back in the next morning and she refused to honor what she had said the previous day and insists it was somehow my fault. She was unbelievably rude and obnoxious to me and my mother. To the point her partner intervened and tried to get her to back off and pay for the tan. We declined and left as she smiled laughed and waved. Megan Chapman is an unintelligent, rude, obnoxious woman and I would avoid her and her filthy establishment at all costs!!!

It’s hard to believe some of these other reviews, specifically after reading a certain poor review it definitely makes me wonder if the competition is purposely bad mouthing this salon. It’s a bit suspicious that they seem to be promoting a competitor in their review. Food for thought. But back onto this salon; I’ve never had a bad experience at this salon and the owner is always super friendly and accommodating! She welcomes and converses with me every time I’ve come in!
Though the salon opened just a few minutes after the posted time today, in my experience it hasn’t been a regular occurrence.
The salon is very clean and has a great atmosphere. The employees are all very sweet. The prices are great and the package deals are even better!
They are the only salon in the valley that has a versa spa spray tanning machine and it’s by far my favorite spray tan out there. Gives the perfect brown golden tan. I definitely recommend this salon!

My experience here has been really positive. I’m leaving for vacation soon so I decided to go to the tanning beds a few times so get a good base tan. When I first showed up the owner was extremely accommodating and took the time to explain all the beds to me. I then chose a medium bed and purchased five sessions as well as a tanning lotion. The prices also seemed really reasonable compared to prices I had seen at past tanning salons.
I have now been back four times and each time it’s been great. The beds are clean and I’ve never had to wait. I wouldn’t definitely recommend this place.
Side note: they close at 7pm but you actually can’t walk in after 6:30pm so that’s important to know if you’re trying to get in at the last minute.

Five stars. Very clean and great customer service. Reasonably priced and I highly recommend it.

I have been going here for a long time and always tried to overlook the uncomfortable feeling I get here just because I have heard the woman that works there gossiping over and over again I have a little time left on my membership and will not be renewing it at this place because is not a good fit for me there are trashy girls that tan there and the whole thing is tacky if you ask me.

The owner (Ann) claims to be a Christian woman yet she will steal a tan from each package of ten u get & she says you can’t use your lotion on the bed, when it says on the bottle it’s made for tanning beds. She only wants you to buy the lotion from the salon. My sister and I both quit going to the salon because she ripped us both off so many times! I always got a package of 10 of the low grade bed then one day she said I can’t buy that anymore… And the next day I went in and The other employee said I could… I asked the employee several times if she was sure I can do that & she said absolutely! The owner is not a nice woman at all! She only wants to make money even if it means ripping you off & stealing your tans & not having a. c on in the middle of the summer! She lost my business and my sister! Which is a lot of money!’ Also I called today and she still hasn’t changed the flyer… It says one price and she’ll give me a different price… Keep asking why she doesn’t change it? she picks and chooses who to give the packages too. I am pretty sure the ladies from Big Horn come in and she would never deny them. Not a very Godly woman at all.

I absolutely love this tanning salon. The owner Ann runs an extremely clean, professional, up-​to-​date salon. Her beds are high end, her customer service is excellent. She has many clients but yet she always remembers my name and remembers things I tell her about my job or travels and asks me about them, which I find amazing. I have been going to this salon for almost a year now and have had a great experience every time. If someone gave this salon anything less than 5 stars or has had anything bad to say about Ann, I think they need to take a good look at themselves, because maybe they did something that was disrespectful to her. She is one of the nicest people I know.

The manager is a sweet woman who will take the time and find you the best deal and give you amazing advice on which tanning bed to use. She cares about each individual customer. The tanning beds are high tech but easy to use. Each session you get a complimentary towel and eye googles. The price here is pricey, but I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I paid 140 with a 15 dollar off coupon the manager gave, and I tan at the level 3 to get about 10 tanning sessions. But there are better deals if you get monthy with or without contract. I highly recommend this place.

Had been going here for about a year.
Never had a pleasant experience with the owner, she just tried to sell me on her new «fat burning machine» or «teeth whitening service» (which I did and it did not do a damn thing).
They need to change bulbs more frequently and don’t charge my card an amount I paid you in cash! You don’t charge twice ha.
This place is a joke & so is the rude, unprofessional owner.

The Owner is a fraud and after being a customer for almost 2 years and multiple double charges on my credit card (she would apologize each time and blame it on the computer system) and many other unprofessional and rude run-​ins with the owner anne i had had enough. Especially when i was paying $ 140 a month for the best bed in the salon, i expected to at least be treated kindly. If i have any advice for vibrant customers,“WATCH THE CHARGES ON YOUR CARD!” I notice another reviewer has experienced the same issue.

Clean and nicely decorated, this salon is in the Albertson’s shopping center. The woman I worked with, Anne, was gracious, friendly and has a great rapport with her customers. They have multiple levels of beds, any sort of package you need and lotions galore.
The owner gets major points for providing glasses and not nickle & diming customers for a one use pair.

Unfortunately I had a bad time here and will not be returning. The woman operating the salon was rather rude to me, also she charged me extra charges on my credit card I did not authorize. She slammed the door on me in my private room, and treated me poorly for paying her quite a bit of money for their services? Bad day? Don’t take it out on your customers. No grace! I had a prior experience that was satisfactory, however this last time left me feeling disrespected after being very cordial to all employees from start to finish. Despite the manager (I assume) mean, impatient attitude. I will go to B-​Tan where the gentleman in charge is very friendly.

Best tanning salon I’ve ever been to. Extremely clean. I will not go anywhere else!
