History

Established in 1978.

USA Painting and Construction began in 1919 as Lang Realty and Development. At its inception, the company was involved in commercial and residential real estate developments in the San Francisco Bay area. Lang Reality earned a reputation by delivering quality and dependability.

In 1979 Gregory Lang joined his father as owner and officer in the company. This combined experience shared drive for growth as they ushered the company into a period of expansion in the San Francisco Bay area, Las Vegas and Palm Springs, California where they continued to develop residential subdivisions, condominiums, shopping malls and hotels.

Over the last 35 years Gregory Lang and his brother have taken this wealth of experience and developed USA Painting and Construction, a full-​service, licensed and registered General Contracting company, proud to serve various local and county areas of California.
