We carry an extensive variety of linens and fabrics, more than 80 options to choose from and include curtains, napkins and other fabric accents. In addition, we also have an in-​house floral department. From corporate events to weddings, flowers and balloons make the difference. History

Established in 1989.

Ultimate Events has specialized in event planning for the Palm Springs and Desert Resorts community for over twenty years. They are home to the largest locally owned and operated theme, prop, rental warehouse and in-​house floral design company in the Coachella Valley. Ultimate Events can service events from 10 guests to 1000 and are committed to exceeding your expectations. They own their own props, custom linens (in every color imaginable), rental equipment, casino games, billiards, concession and catering equipment and more. Business Owner

Donna Groves, the owner of Ultimate Events, was serving the Coachella Valley for 5 years as Director of Sales for the largest locally based destination management company. In 1989, she went off on her own and opened «Balloon Boom», a full service balloon company. From single balloons, spiraled arches, and sculptures of company logos, Donna and her staff grew into a full service theme party and event company. She has received several awards from prestigious associations, such as NACE and «Vendor of the Year’ awards for the superb quality and service. Repeat customers is proof of the performance that ULE has the finest service, products, people, and presentation, you can always depend on.
