I really love Turn of the Century. They’re always on time, friendly and knowledgeable techs, they really do a thorough job. You get more than you pay for.

When I bought my house. We inherited turn of the century pest control. I told my husband lets try them… That’s almost five years now. I guess we love them. reasonable monthly bill, I get a courtesy call before Jose arrived. Very nice man. I will recommend pest of the cent to my friends & family. Great company!

I have used this service for about 2 ½ years and couldn’t be more happier with the this pest control I have received. My monthly extermination bill is reasonable and the service provider Tony has been 100% outstanding. He always calls to make sure its okay to come and is very nice.

I just uploaded two scans of the receipts from Turn of The Century Pest Control of Palm Desert. Showing where they added in 12 month commitment after they left my home. Apparently they don’t read or don’t care about their Unilocal reviews because the bills keep coming. The most recent bill says they are sending my account to collections. Despite their dishonesty (just read so many of their other reviews) you would think that common sense would prevail in letting this issue go, especially with such incriminating evidence. In any case if I get a call from a collection agency Im going to sue them and they are going to lose.

When we moved to the Desert five years ago, I had set an appt. with our exterminator in OC to service our new home before we unpacked. Turn of the Century stopped by as we were unpacking, but I told him I was expecting our Exterminator to arrive any minute. He never did and the company had no record of our appt. I called Turn of the Century back and they serviced our new home that day. TOTC comes immediately if we see ants or other insects which is very seldom. Could not be happier with their professional and friendly service!

We have been using TOTC for the past almost 3 years. They have been incredibly professional and friendly. Their prices are competitive and they will come out whenever you need them. In addition to our monthly service, we had an issue with rats. the technicians were excellent and completely solved the problem. We highly recommend them.

I was solicited over the phone for a «We need to increase our Business Call». I received a call stating that «we need to increase our business in your area and would like to earn your loyalty. Can we come out and give you a FREE inside & outside spray and if you like our service we can discuss our rates etc… as a fool i said sure… anything for free has a price! The guy came out and within 2 minutes started saying that the offer we received is in valid and quickly started to offer excuses to try and sell me a monthly & Qtrly service plan and then got the «Owner» on the phone to try and close the deal. I already felt this was «Shady» and unprofessional but said I would agree to a free service with consideration for a QTRly service.
The service tech started his spraying, well after 10 minutes he just left… yes. LEFT! No good bye, No thank you, no here is what I found, NO front door closed, NO garage door closed, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I was pissed, my house was left open and no «TURN OF THE CENTURY TECH» to be found!!!
I called a few days later after I «Cooled OFF» and talked to the Owner to voice my concerns and state that I DO NOT WANT to do business with them… He did not care to ask me why, rather state that I was locked into a service contract and to bad cause he was going to bill me $ 150.00 for their one time 10 minute… NO SERVICE, call… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Needless to say… They are PEST THEMSELVES and I have already written the BBB… They lost my business, my 100 plus close friends in this Valley, and the THOUSANDS of readers on every blog I can think of…
The cost of doing business is not worth an UN-​happy consumer!

In the past 60 days, Turn of the Century Pest Control has done multiple door-​to-​door solicitations at my home, in direct violation of rules of Sun City Shadow Hills. I have complained twice to the HOA office, directly to the company, and at one of our homeowner’s meetings. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I was extremely disappointed by this business and strongly discourage anyone from using it. The initial salesperson required a sales contract during my first visit. We were told the pest spray was «environmentally friendly» and should last a couple months. However, after only two weeks we noticed that our bug problem was getting worse. We complained and had someone come back to retreat our house. The problem persisted. Finally, after three treatments in about eight weeks we realized that our bug problem was worse than ever and Turn of Century Pest Control was not capable of getting rid of any bugs. We called to cancel services and were told by the owner that the contract required us to pay a large cancellation fee. Our experiences with this company were totally unacceptable. Strongly recommend using another company with stronger pesticides.

Came back to this provider after changing to another, which is out of business now; because, i listened to a recommendation of a freind, MISTAKE. anyway i am back at turn of the century. and happy to be back. graet service, which means, timely, accurate responsive, and pricing is very competitive, persnnel are professional, cooperative and helpful. and the service they render is very thorough.
