Rude. Not Friendly!!! Very Unfortunate that location used to be very convent. When you spend $ 250 month at Starbucks you would hope the experience would be Good. Hopefully they will change in the future until then. no more for me.

I go to this location almost every single morning on my way to work, and have been for about a year now. I have to say they are my favourite location I’ve ever gone to. The staff know me there to the point where i got a new car, they were excited and happy for me. They treat me like a valued customer; half the time I don’t even need to say my order, they already have it up on the screen! If that’s not great customer service, then I don’t know what is. Thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart. You have a customer for life!

Friendly staff! Thanks for being so fast with a packed house! The staff was all smiles and pumping out the Java this morning.

Got here at 8:33 PM To get my son a passion tea after soccer. Closed? Supposed to be open til 9:00.

I’m a Starbucks addict. I live right by this Starbucks and consistently get messed up drink orders. No, I’m not going to go back in because I usually have already driven away. Their wait times in the mornings are long, yes it’s the morning, but I don’t see anyone hustling. People are usually just moving along at normal pace as if there is not a line of cars or 8 people (yes, I counted 8 once) waiting for a drink.
The only reason I gave it a second star is because everyone is usually quite friendly, just slow and often don’t listen to you order carefully.
I asked for a **touch** of heavy cream and basically got half heavy cream and half coffee. Other Starbucks have no issues getting this order right, I don’t understand why it’s so difficult at this one.

I come through the drive thru almost daily and sometimes more than once a day. I’ve had a few rude baristas however, this is one of the best Starbucks in town. They are pleasant and try to plead their customers. They keep the drive thru running at a good pace and always get my order accurate. I love lol if you that make me smile day after day!

This use to be a great location. The last couple of years have been very different.
NOW THEY NEVER HAVE REFRESHERS. EVER.

Every time I come here they always get my order incorrect. Today four instance, they gave away my order to the car in front of me and then had me waiting five more minutes while they made my drink all over again. After that fiasco the drive-​through guy forgot to give me my change so I had to park my car and run inside… I did not get a apology or anything. And my drink is still incorrect today… What a joke.

Five stars for excellent customer service. First, a barista was super excited to be working there and enjoying himself. I messed up my order (entirely my fault) and told a barista. They remade the drink quickly and then came back shortly after to apologize, even though she had no reason to. I just thought it was thoughtful of her to do so.

Every morning I go through the drive thru, I have to park and get out and go in because they have messed up the order. BEWARE, they will treat you as if it is YOUR fault the order is wrong. There are a couple really cool baristas that work there, so I keep going back… but I think I have worn out my welcome. I suggest any other starbucks in the entire valley. This one is just notorious for not paying attention to you when you order.

Usually you guys are great. But one thing that gets my knickers in a twist is that you guys apparently don’t serve decaf coffee after noon. Only crazy people drink decaf in the morning!

This is our «regular» Starbucks as it is close to our home and has a drive thru. They normally do a great job. However, this review is a super shout out because of the special, extraordinary service they offered. Because of convenience, I ordered my regular drink at the Starbucks in the Ralph’s grocery store on Cook and Country Club (Venti hot green tea latte, 8 scoops of matcha, 1 pump only of classic syrup). The Ralph’s Starbucks botched my drink, by putting in 8 pumps of classic syrup and I didn’t realize this till after leaving the store.
I intended to ask the Ralph’s Starbucks to correct the botched drink, but my husband advised it would be a waste of time (see my review on the Ralph’s Starbucks).
I still wanted my latte, so took a chance and called the Starbucks at Cook and Gerald Ford (74 836 Technology Dr) to see if they would replace the botched latte. The manager, Adriana, immediately agreed to replace the latte at no charge. She knew it was a different store that made the incorrect drink, but cheerfully agreed to replace it. That is above and beyond service.
Note: The Ralph’s Starbucks is a franchise; the Starbucks on Technology Dr (Cook and Gerald Ford) is corporate owned. Not sure this makes a difference overall, but it does seem to make a difference in this case.

I ordered a Flat White but it tasted really strong & like burnt coffee & not balanced & smooth… Just a note to put this into perspective: I’ve never been dissatisfied with any Flat White I’ve ordered… So, I’m thinking that the Barista’s there really don’t know what they’re doing!
Plus, the drive thru gal decided to take it upon herself to charge the Starbucks card of other person in my car twice for our separate orders versus my phone app for my order & his gold card for his… I told her that we have two different cards… But I get two receipts back from his card & I’m sitting there waiting to use my phone app… Lame!

Love the new flat! Starbucks always has great people working for them, but this one is a bit above.

Love that their drive thru is open extra early, and that they’re really close by me. But lately, they’ve been getting my orders wrong. I wanted two hot chocolates and got plain coffees instead. And also wanted an Iced Venti Caramel Machiatto, but didn’t get caramel. Maybe I need to enunciate more? I don’t know but hopefully third times the charm.

Drive thru at 5am is fast and helpful. I am a beginner with ordering coffee drinks so I had to ask about thier flavors. Thier morning guy Austin definitely knows what he’s talking about. Good recommendation!

Good experience. I’m sure that this location survives off of people going to the music festivals and other events at the raceway. My iced tea was great and my friends liked their drinks as well. Really busy but the staff was great.

this place has some of the best service I’ve seen at any Starbucks! Even though they were bombarded with a line inside and at the drive thru they still excuted on the service and quality.
Definetly would return here again.
