Kyle and his crew came out and fixed three of our sliders, two of them are 10 footers. Before Kyle showed up it was a work out to open and close the 10 footers. My parents, who visit frequently couldn’t even open them. Fortunately Kyle and his crew worked their magic and now it’s like we have brand new sliders! Thanks guys!

I contacted the BBB(Better Business Bureau) about Kyle and his scam. DONOTSEEKHISSERVICE!!! He has no business address. He is currently using his dad’s glass company address of Acme Sliding Door Repair. Here is the link: He takes money upfront, then needs to be called for weeks to respond to do the work. He did not even use his«company» to finish the job. He sent a random friend of his. All this, over a month after repeated phone calls and install appointment requests. After the install, the glass door cracked in three days. It was not installed properly. Kyle«promised» to warranty the glass, but after 2 months of promises and no results, I contacted the BBB to report him. I am almost 100% certain, these other«5 star satisfied costumers» are completely fabricated.(My opinion) He was unprofessional during the entire process. He lied. I am out-of-pocket hundreds of dollars now. I am writing this in the hopes that sharing my experience will save others the disappointment. Personally, I will never search for a service of anything from a Unilocal*reviewed business again.

I called Kyle yesterday to schedule a time to repair two sliding glass doors. He said he could come today between 10:00 — 11:00 am. He was here a few minutes EARLY!!! He was able to repair both doors in a short amount of time. He explained what was wrong with the existing sliding doors. Told me about the rollers. Coming from Miami, I know A LOT about what salt in the air and humidity can do to sliding doors and the rollers. So it was nice to find out how the water and desert heat impact rollers here. Now both my sliding doors work perfectly. Cleaned. Sealed. Repaired. Ready to use. I talked to Kyle about my plan to eventually replace them with French doors. He provided info on the cost, labor, etc. that would be involved. He also told me what else his company does and I am going to have him work on fixing a window. For me reliability and honesty are the most important qualities when hiring someone. Kyle delivered both. And for sure I will be using him again for window /door work.

One day, because of our sliding glass door being so hard to open, I literally ripped the handle off. This was after weeks of frustration with this door and people saying it can’t be fixed. Kyle from Slide-Rite came out and fixed our door within 40 minutes. Finally it works again! Everything went really well and they we’re on time, super professional and all for a fair price. Two people before Kyle came out and said it couldn’t be fixed and tried to sell me a new slider for over a Grand. Thanks again Kyle!

Trying to open our sliding glass doors was a never ending struggle! Now I can literally open them with my little finger! I can’t believe I waited so long to call them. Best money I ever spent!

I had an emergency situation with a sliding glass door — a HUGE sliding glass door. Someone tried to break into the house and removed it from its tracks. Luckily, the alarm went off, but, the house was WIDEOPEN. I never thought I’d be able to find ANYONE to come on on a weekend night to help me secure my home. I called Slide Rite and talked to the owner, Kyle Biss, who went immediately to the house, reinstalled the door on its track, recommended an excellent additional security measure and — according to the alarm company rep there at the time, did a wonderful job. I still haven’t met Mr. Biss, but I will not HESITATE to call him when I’m ready to replace those doors, or finish the repairs. What a good guy!
