I just ate lunch here, my fried rice tasted burnt, the chow mein was not fresh. I was disappointed with the quality of the food here, and I love Panda Express.

I am a little disappointed in this location. We came in at 8:30pm and the location close at 9:30pm. By 8:30pm they had pretty much ever tray empty. No brown rice and only dried up fried rice. I was ask what items you like and I had no choice but to say there are no options. She replied back we only cook what customers want so we don’t waist food. Long story short it took 10 – 15 min for them to cook our items. You go to Panda so you can be in and out. Disappointed. Check the photo I post

Have come here twice around 30−1hr of closing and they are already cleaning before closed. The trays look empty or not in a presentable for customers. If you can’t pay your employees to clean after hours then shorten your hours of operation. Panda’s prices have increased over a $ 1 and customer service is not the same

My husband and I rushed into this location one night for dinner. We felt awful because the store would be closing in 5 mins but the staff was super accommodating including the cook when he was asked to make some more orange chicken for us. We ran into the same lady that helped us that night today when we picked up food to go. Monica, was very friendly welcoming us back and even remembered our order. Kudos to the staff members for being awesome!

Let me just say that every time I walk in to this place everyone is Super Friendly! Recently I did an online catering order for a Christmas party I was attending. Everything was top notch. from the online ordering process to processing my payment online. EVERYTHING! When I walked in the restaurant it was full of people. I was running late as always and immediately thought it was going to be a night mare. But to my surprise, as soon as I reached the cashier, I was noticed by a very sweet young lady who asked if I was there for a online order. She immediately grabbed my order and handed it to me. I was so surprised I brought out my wallet, only to realize that I had already paid online(silly me) Overall it was the best experience I had and it will not be the last time I order online for a catering event. Not to mention, the prices were very very reasonable.

There are several reasons behind this rating. 1. The chow mein I received with my order had a piece of plastic in it. i only found one piece, but who knows how many i ate, this completely ruined dinner for me after driving for 6 hours. 2. It seemed like the cashier and one of the people behind the counter were making fun of customers, I cant say outright this is the case but this is definitely the vibe i got. 3. Since the cashier was busy giggling with another employee she forgot to ring up a drink. «oops I forgot your drink». not a big deal but just the icing on the cake. Based on this I’ll never be back and I’m posting the picture of the plastic and this review on Unilocal for all to enjoy.

Our overall experience fell short to our expectations. We went around 7 close 8 for dinner and boy did the quality show through. The staff greeted us politely, they were least of our problems. We took home the order and found that it tasted so fowl. My daughter’s favorite fried rice tasted old with a hint of staleness. The rice had no flavor and the vegetables looked old. We always came and enjoyed it due to convenience of the location. They served us basically leftovers since it tasted like nothing of our previous experiences. They should treat and serve food the quality as much as it reputation is known for. I understand it was later in the day but keep it together at least for the last hour. Next time I would try a different location, since they obviously didn’t care if your food tasted a day old.

Grading on a bit of a curve, I guess, due to the fact it’s a huge chain establishment. Let’s be honest; this will not be the most amazing eating experience ever. I’ve spent years in China and have had some pretty good authentic Chinese food. Panda Express does not fit that bill, nor do they try imo. I usually let out a bit of an inside chuckle when one of my friends tells me they love Chinese food. Almost always, this means they love Westernized Chinese food, which nearly anyone would agree is universally palatable. And this is where Panda Express comes in! The Washington St. location is a perfect representation of what P.E. is striving to be. The food is very tasty, fresh, and hot. The employees are competent and friendly. Price is reasonable. Place is very clean and sanitary. What more could you ask for out of fast Chinese food in California? Having said that, I have to deduct one star. A recurring problem with P.E., regardless of location, seems to be the inconsistency of the egg rolls. Sometimes they’re perfect, but more often than not, they’re under-cooked or just have been out there too long. This particular location is no exception. Been there maybe 20 times, usually get egg rolls, and most of the time they’re not up to par. Other than that, very good. Would definitely recommend.

What is there to say? It’s Panda Express… good food consistently prepared by good people. Doesn’t seem to matter where you go panda is there with their amazing sameness.

As much as I don’t want to say this… Panda is hands down the best place we have found for Chinese food. We have tried lots of Chinese restaurants but just can’t seem to find one we want to go back and eat at… except Panda. Go figure. I normally don’t care for buffet-style restaurants, but Panda makes consistently hot, fresh, and good food. One big plus for me is being able to watch the food being prepared… they have nothing to hide and let it all hang out for everybody to see. Sometimes I wish the portions were a little bigger, but that is by no means a deal breaker! We’ll be back.

This is one of the best Pandas I have ever been to. Completely agree about the perfect food temperature as mentioned in another review. They all were extremely nice… way more than you would ever expect and it’s awesome. Any dishes that were not in their pans they offered to cook in the spot, just for us. «Whatever you want!» they said. Awesome, pick this Panda out of any in the area!

This is my favorite panda location in the valley. I prefer this one over the other locations for 2 reasons. First, they are always friendly and by this I mean they go further than the«welcome to panda» greeting you hear at all locations; they always suggest if you want a sample and if you want to try something new. Second, the food is always hot at the right temperature; in occasions I’ve been served food that is almost cold. Temperature is very important, not only does it change the flavor of food but you might get sick if not kept at the right temperature. I never have that problem here. I’m a local so I’ve come here for a few years already and I don’t mind driving a few miles out of my way to get my food and service right.

We went to this Panda Express this past weekend while attending a soccer cup. The food was consistent with other Panda’s but I wanted to review the place and give them a high rating because of their friendly customer service. The workers were patient as we made our orders complicated because the kids could not decide. A worker by the name of Daniel deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provided. I will definitely go back if ever in town.

Very poor service and poor attitude by team members – called corporate offices where the ‘attitude ’ was continued and have now requested 3 times to speak to the area vice president who has never had the professional courtesy to pick up the phone and contact a loyal panda express patron. Shameless customer service and will convey this lack of integrity to my myriad colleaugues in the coachella and los angeles region. ‘city wok’ and ‘china wok’ can teach this overated, arrogant chain a solid lesson in returning a customers request for accountability. Good luck with that panda. Next stop, my 4000 twitter colleaugues and facebook colleaugues.
