This store is phenomenal. Leslie and Amanda are the BEST! They have repaired jewelry for me several times and have done an exceptional job. I have also purchased jewelry from them. Their prices are very reasonable for merchandise, repairs, and watch batteries. They are quick, too. Both ladies are very friendly with pleasing personalities, which goes a long way. I prefer to do business with them rather than at the larger jewelry stores. My goddaughter, from the Los Angeles area, also has purchased from them and loves their merchandise as well as their prices. Having a store of this caliber, adjacent to a senior community, is a plus for all of the residents. They have a large quantity of fabulous merchandise for purchase. The pieces are also very unique. You won’t see several other people wearing what you buy. Keep up the great work!!!

Small shop conveniently located next to Stater Bros. Professional, competent, friendly. $ 5 replace any watch battery while you wait (did mine today). Lots of lovely jewelry including charms for charm bracelets to the very fancy.

I went to a jewelry repair at the mall and they wanted $ 30 to replace a battery. Pro Fix replaced not one but two watch batteries for $ 10.00 while I waited.

I brought a tennis bracelet in to be repaired. Leslie was very friendly, took our order and made recommendations. She told us it would be ready in a couple of days and they would call us. We did not receive a call in a couple of days and called them and was told it would be ready in a couple more days. We explained we were leaving the area and need the bracelet before we leave. We were told guaranteed and promised that it would be done in time. 14 days later we were told they would FedEx it to us wherever we were. This was not acceptable but we had no choice. We called the owner and he made a lot of excuses and did not offer an apology. His people skills were terrible. We did finally receive by FedEx the bracelet and they fixed the clasp and repaired some of the links. The clasp seems solid and it looks better however I’m not sure it’s worth the $ 400 they charged us. If you decide to use their services, I would recommend recording or getting in writing whatever they tell you. I would also suggest getting another jewelers opinion and pricing.

I took my Mother’s wedding band in for repair. It is very petite and was missing three diamond chips. They did a beautiful job replacing the tiny diamonds. Their prices are fair, quality is excellent and very friendly speedy service.
My mother passed away last year at age 90 and it gives me great pleasure to be able to wear her wedding band.
