Superb service! Service call was only $ 69. Family owned and operated business.
Their price for a refrigerator repair was reasonable and then they credit you for the initial service call.

Please do not use Master Tech. They are THIEFS. My pump on my 1 year and 8 months Samsung went out. They didn’t make the same pump, so I order a new one from Samsung. When the tech came over. He told me it was the wrong pump and there was nothing he could do. Maybe the company could find another old pump somewhere but my odds was not good.
The washer cost me $ 900 and he was telling me it was done. I called Samsung parts and they reassure me that it was the right pump and send me the manual of how to install it. The women on the phone was rude and no willing to help me out. They charger me $ 80.00 to tell me my washer was not good. I called another company and for $ 100.00 my pump is in and I have a washer again.
