Great to find local (Bermuda Dunes/​Palm Desert) small businessman Ron Williams when my elderly parents’ oven door hinge came loose after the range was moved during a gas repair job. He came out same day and within an hour of my call. While others were bent on banging or shoving it back into place – unsuccessfully, I might add – Mr. Williams very methodically and gently eased the hinge back into place after only a minute or so. His service call fee was very reasonable for the area, and we will definitely keep him in mind should we need future appliance repairs or have HVAC issues.

Ron Williams has got to be one of the most honest and down to earth AC repair guys out there! After my AC went out at home on a Saturday, I reached out to my friends for recommendations and there were many. Ron Williams came highly recommended by a couple of close friends. Ron came out as scheduled — even showing up 20 minutes or so early. Took a look and was very straight up with what needed to replacing (I already had an idea). His cost? I was blown away by the low cost he charged. I asked if that was a favor and he simply said no, he just charges a fair price for labor. The other 4 I called around for were at least $ 125 more than what I paid Ron. Thanks Ron Williams! You are the man!
