Jiffy Wagon

I was prepared to write an angry review because the truck arrived 15 minutes late for our appointment. However, the driver did call and say he was running late and the whole debris removal from our home remodel was done in about 20 minutes. The price was reasonable and I would definitely hire them again.

What a great experience! Anthony showed up on time, was professional, courteous, knowledgable and pleasant. He was able to handle all of my needs, knew exactly how to get it all done… from electrical, to plumbing, to basic handyman tasks. He did it all, maintained a clean work area and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend Jiffy Wagon… make sure to ask for Anthony!

Needed a new grand piano moved from the garage into the living room. Took a chance on this company because «no job is too small.» They arrived on time, clean and courteous and very professional. Listened carefully as I told them what we needed and then went to work. Working skillfully and quickly, they had the job done in well under an hour — but since I was paying the hourly minimum, they offered to help us deal with the packing materials. We appreciated them enough to tip them both and we wouldn’t hesitate to call them again, and probably will.

My father in law had to move out from his apartment to the nursing home. Unfortunately, we were left with the responsibilities to handle what was left of his apartment. It was a daunting task but it became easy when Jimmy Wagon came. Together with their crew, they reassured us that they would be able to clear up within hours. They were right! They cleared up the apartment exactly within hours as promised. They were very polite not only to us but also to the neighbors.
It was a relief because they came through. They helped pack some things and haul everything away. Moreover, they were extremely professional. I have recommended them to my friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them again.

I am very pleased with the service I got from Jiffy wagon. I have this broken, dirty, heavy and antiquated upright piano. Very useless for me. I called them to help me get rid of it. I was able to schedule a very convenient time for me. They were professional and prompt when they came to take the piano away. They were very respectful to my home when they were taking out the piano. The service was awesome. They did exactly what they quoted. Right price. Nice guys. I will use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Contracted for a Dumpster (which I didn’t realize was a trailer) for my elderly parents house on a Saturday morning between 8.30−9:00 A.M. I was told that I would be called within that time to say they person was on there way.
After 30 min late and people waiting to use this «dumpster» I called and was told another 20 min. This went on with all sorts of excuses for four hours later when the person finally showed up, wasting several people’s time that were waiting to help all morning.
Although, the driver was nice he had no clue what he was doing and said this wasn’t his job and couldn’t answer any questions. No apologies from Company or any kind of reimbursement offered. I wouldn’t ever use this company for this and wouldn’t advise anyone else to either. All it did for me is get my Father upset at me for choosing this company.

I had to get rid of a large sectional sofa asap because I had a new living room set being brought in earlier than expected. They were nice, courteous, and best of all fast! Within two hours of calling, my old sofa was gone. And this happened during the holidays! I will most definitely be using them again in the future.

Had requested service had a concrete colum with brick fell into road and broke up. was told will send truck in afternoon and waited to find out no one was coming as truck was booked somewhere else. Went on craigslist found a guy with truck came right out at ²⁄₃ the price.

Very courteous crew, who were communicative, efficient, and polite, helped me move a table. They deserve a raise and a free lunch. They also do hauling, handyman, delivery, etcetera… so I will probably hire them again and again. Thanks.

Jon and his team at Jiffy Wagon were very helpful at getting a Faux Beam project installed at my home in Rancho Mirage. Joe and Jimmy were fantastic at taking the time to measure and install the beams with precision, then took the time to ask me if everything looked good during the process. At the end they cleaned up everything and left the place like a showroom! I would recommend giving Jon a call at Jiffy Wagon if you’re a homeowner who wants to stay involved in the project while having them do the hard stuff! It was a great choice.

A++++++++ I have had several issues come up with a rental condo there in Palm Desert and my once «reliable and trustworthy» handyman left town. Needless to say I was pessimistic about calling someone I had never used before (especially since I live out of state). Jon and his team at Jiffy Wagon were prompt, reliable, trustworthy and all for a very reasonable rate. I will be using them again and again and again and you should, too, if you are looking for great service!

Needed to move just a couple rooms worth of stuff. Hired Jiffy Wagon, they had a 1 hour minimum which was great because it only took us 45 minutes to do everything we needed them to do. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We just told them what we needed to go into the truck and before we knew it, it was there. We thought with everything we needed to move it would take a couple hours (not all of that included Jiffy Wagon.) With their help, we were done with everything in an hour and 15 minutes, and the price was great to. I would highly recommend them.

Wow is all we can say about the excellent service we received on our move on April 3, 2013. The wagon team included Hugo, David, and Ed who were on time and professional but their team work and energy made our move a success. We could not have made this transition without the Jiffy Wagon Team. The icing on the cake was the price and we will refer people to you. I recently bought a home in La Quinta and had a long list of items that needed to get done including hauling away all the stuff left behind by the prior owner and fixing stuff around the house. When I searched Unilocal and saw Jiffy Wagon, I giggled at the name but when I read the description of what they did, I thought what the heck, I’ll give them a call. Jon answered my call immediately and was at the house that afternoon with a clean/​professional appearance and a positive attitude. He was such a pleasure to do business with! I asked him to provide a quote for a list of other items and he got back to me with a detailed quote within 24 hours and his pricing was completely reasonable.
Now that they have completed work for me on 2 different occasions, I can say without a doubt they are a dream come true. His workers have all been respectful and gone above and beyond the call of duty. I will call them for ALL of my handyman jobs in the future. In short, I highly recommend them. :-)
