Just wanted to say that Kari Ferguson, an agent at EscrowOne, provided excellent service and ongoing direction in the selling of my vacation home in Palm Desert. As a Canadian doing business in the US, I had questions about possible hurdles as a non-resident. Kari was very approachable and tried to address each of my concerns. She also walked me through the paperwork. I was fully confident that my real estate transaction was handled with the utmost professionalism. Escrow One in Palm Desert is AMAZING!!!
I have less than zero knowledge about escrows, but EVERYONE I spoke with here was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and able to explain to me in ‘plain speak’ what was going on at all times! It was a bit overwhelming for me at times (OMG ALL THOSE FORMS) …but with the knowledgeable guidance they gave me I truly felt informed and ‘in the loop’ throughout! So happy they were part of ‘The Team’ !!!

Yes its serious business selling a property and I could barely relax …
I needed serious pro’s to get the job done… so I asked around …
yes there’s many years of professional success behind the people in this easy to find office
(almost right behind the Westfield Mall) .
So why did I choose them? David Foster 760 601‑5321 my Realtor guru, has known of Diane for 23 years and based on hard facts, success rates and local inquiries I found out that
…Diane Sedin KNOWS HER STUFF .so I laid it out for her and she walked me through it and I began to relax .its the largest purchase of your life… its a jungle out there and we were Canadian the buyers/and us the sellers and this was handled like clock work.
Its true I expected a pack of issues due to the cross border, loans, timelines and unexpected glitches… but anything the came up was sorted and we were always aware of what was transpiring next… I intend to utilize EscrowOne again soon, so if you want the straight goods… call Diane then relax…

these are two of the rudest ladies! every time we talked to them it was them talking down to us and ended up with me and my wife more mad. would talk over us, cut us off just to tell us how wrong we are. not helpful at all. just added to the headache of buying a house, the escrow company we worked with when selling our home was so much better. if you can go somewhere else.

Not trying to contradict the one other review, as I was not there. However, this is one business I would/will do business with again.
We were just opening our escrow with them. The seller picked the company, and to be honest we were a bit dubious based on the one (and only) review. Our papers had been sent down to their office and my husband and I needed to go down and give them the down payment money. From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted by Sharon who in turn introduced us to Diane, both very welcoming and friendly. Diane came out to the front, more than friendly and chatted with us awhile.
Besides, their friendliness, they had everything ready for us. We had some questions, they answered. Very professional.
Since the initial visit they have kept me well informed as well as emailing me many of the documents that I am able to sign at home, scan and return to them. Saving time and trips back and forth.
As I said, I was not at the other reviewer’s meeting. Everybody has a bad day from time to time… maybe? However, I also, feel the energy you put out is the energy you get back… rarely do I have really bad experiences with professionals.

Not a company I ever want to do business with again. Diane was such an unpleasant person, and was clearly not interested in ever earning my business, nor my investor’s business again. She was rude — not just rude like many east-coasters, but rather, rude like she hated having to work with all people. Who wants to do business with that? I certainly don’t. I sincerely hope she sees the error of her ways, because there are just too many outstanding, professional, accommodating, likable, friendly, hungry, service-oriented escrow people in the desert.
Keep searching for your escrow services… plenty of better people…
