Dorauto Mobile Detailing

My car exterior needed extra care so I decided to try Dorauto based on the good reviews on Unilocal.I was definitely NOT disappointed with the results!
Radu arrived promptly on our appointment time, and was very professional in introducing himself. He asked me if there were special details he needed to attend to on my car, and I was specific about the swirl marks. He worked on my car for about 3 hours, and the results are amazing. He buffed out the swirl marks and made the car looking like new!
I am very happy with the results, and I HIGHLY recommend Dorauto (Radu) for all your detailing needs! I will definitely call on him again!

I had driven cross country from Maryland to California with my cat and my car was absolutely filthy after a slip during a snow storm left me and my entire front seat filled with kitty litter (clean). Because of the snow my boots were wet and the kitty litter became imbedded in the carpet from the moisture. I decided to get a detail versus cleaning it myself. Radu was vey prompt with every email response and was able to accommodate my early 8am request and he did a marvelous job on my car. He was right on time and he was very professional and I am a big stickler for excellent customer service. I love driving in my car once again. He brought all the equipment to my house and detailed the car in my driveway which was very convenient for me. He even brought his own water. Took a little under 4 hours. If you are looking for a great interior and exterior detail for your car I am highly recommending Dorauto. Thanks Radu for an excellent job.

If you want the best, you’ve come to the right place. After reading all of the reviews I noticed Sylvester is mentioned 100% of the time, but there’s another pro behind Dorauto and his name is Radu!
I’m in the desert for the weekend and wanted to get my wife’s car detailed. The place I’m staying won’t allow vendors in the gate on Sundays. Radu dropped what he was doing and came right over, then proceeded to spend 5+ hours detailing the car.
He did an outstanding job, was attentive to the details, listened and focused on areas I had requested. He was very professional. I look forward to bringing my other cars down to the desert to get detailed. It’s a great feeling to have your car look exactly like the day you bought it. Radu can make this happen!

If you’re reading this, you either value quality or you’re looking for a quick wash. If you’re part of the former, you won’t go wrong with choosing Sylvester for your automotive detailing needs. He is very attentive to the details and specific nuances and/​or idiosyncracies that make each person different. For instance, one of my vehicles is wrapped in 3M vinyl film and he honored my wishes to use the specific car wash that I desired (of which I provided, of course).
Now, for the former person — as stated above — that wants a quick «$ 9.99» special, you’ve come to the wrong company. Be prepared to make an appointment at least a week in advance. Given the inevitable variables in life, you may be able to get an appointment sooner. I will let the dirt stay on my car until either I’m able to wash it myself (very rare), or when I book an appointment with Dorauto.
If you know of any places that have shaded parking, that would be great, as it makes for a better environment for Sylvester to clean your car. I never wash a car in the direct sun and wouldn’t have anyone else do that either.
Well, I could go on and on, but I’ll sum it up with this:
Dorauto is the only company in this area that I will use. I tried another company (whose name I won’t mention) and I always had to use a mobile detailer after they washed my car (due to the leftover dirt and overspray of tire shine… which leads directly to the next sentence). That is, the other company didn’t always honor my requests to refrain from using glossy tire shine, and they were usually late for the appointments. I was surprised that 3+ guys couldn’t clean my car as well as one person.
That’s not something you’ll have to worry about with Dorauto. He is courteous and given a schedule change, he will inform you and give you options.
Sylvester is very personable, and his services are impeccable! I’ll continue to support Dorauto for my automotive detailing needs.

If it were possible to give 6 Stars we would do it. Silvester put two of our autos in «show room» condition! Was able to remove scratches that I thought were permanent! Could not be happier. Very professional!

Sylvester did an excellent job detailing a Porsche I recently purchased. He arrived on time and put tremendous care into everything he did. His attention to detail was incredible. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting their vehicle detailed by a true professional.

I am posting this review as a warning. Based on Unilocal reviews I called and scheduled an appointment for services on two cars. Sly was quite busy so he said and he could not get to it for three weeks. As the day approached, the weather changed and rain was forecasted for several days so the appointment was cancelled. I did not hear back from Sly and the holidays were upon us. After the new year I called to reschedule. He called me back and we set a day. He said he lost my address and I said I would email everything which I did. The day of the appointment when he did not show I called. He claimed he did not get the email. When I asked why he didn’t call me he said he lost my number because he changed phones, I am very disappointed. I planned based on his schedule and now I have a lost day. It appears to me he is very unorganized. Beware.

Sylvester, from Dorauto Mobile Detailing just completed the job on my BMW 535i. The car is three years old, and a desert car. Thus, there was plenty to be done to bring the finish back to new. Sylvester was able to go beyond all my expectations. The car looks excellent, the tan interior as new, and the wood just shines. He was here on time (a rarity in the desert), and ready to work-​hard! I felt very comfortable with him working in the garage and am more then satisfied with his skill set in this area. A personable young man with an extremely professional attitude resulting in my vehicle looking superb!. Would recommend him to anyone!

Deserves 10 stars! I found Sylvester and Dorauto Mobile Detailing on Unilocal-​based on the strength of his reviews and I agree with every last one of them. He detailed our XK 2010 convertible Jaguar to a condition that exceeded the dealer’s work when we purchased the car. He also detailed our Acura MDX… and next up will be our golf cart! He said he details anything on wheels! The only possible detail I could add is that when I called him for information and a quote, he happened to be near our home in La Quinta and showed up within 20 minutes of my call to provide a quote and schedule the detail. Just amazing work and amazing service. I’ll try to upload photos next. Thank you Sylvester, we’ll see you again next year!

Simply the best!
Dorauto Mobile Detailing is by far the best mobile detailing in the Coachella Valley. Sylvester did an outstanding job detailing our 2013 Ford Raptor. It looked better than the day we drove it off the lot. He devoted a painstaking 5+ hours detailing the exterior, interior, the engine, and just about every spot on the truck. His attention to detail is unbelievable and underscores the pride he takes in his work. I am not easily impressed and he exceeded all of my expectations! He has the right experience, knowledge, and tools to make your vehicle shine, including tough water spots and sun damage.
This level of excellence does not come cheap, but it is worth every penny and more. Now that I’ve found someone this good, I’m going to have him detail my BMW M6 and other cars on a regular basis. If you want the best, and value the investment you’ve made in your car, then call Sylvester today. He is very busy so plan on waiting a week for an appointment; it’s well worth the wait — don’t worry!

Sylvester has done it again!
I called him to come to the house and detail the 1995 Mustang GT Convertible.
This is the lady of the house’s fun ride and I wanted to have it detailed for her birthday.
Sylvester did such a great job on the Expedition we knew he was the guy for the job.
The Mustang looks showroom new inside and for a black on black convertible that is nearly impossible to achieve, especially considering the places this car has been over the last 19 years! The outside is perfect! This is a 19 year old paint job… it looks like a million bucks! The paint is shiny and smooth as glass. This little pony is a blast to drive and now to behold.
The last few weeks we have been asked how we keep it so pristine…
We don’t…Sylvester does!

Sylvester did such amazing work on my 2007 GT Mustang! He came to my house in Palm Springs for a full detail inside and out. Seven years old and she looks brand new! He was very professional and I enjoyed his attentiveness to fine details as I am a stickler for just that. He truly is good at what he does and worth every cent!

Worth every penny spent !!! I’m a car guy so I’m cautious about anyone near my vehicle let alone a full detail !!! But this guy is incredible and my GT 500 Stang came out Beautiful!!! Highly recommend Sylvester!!!

Dorauto was a great find. Sylvester was professional, easy to deal with and good at what he does. I would highly recommend his services. I had a 10 gallon water cooler spill in our mini van. Sylverster was able to come out with in 2 hours and get all the water out. He detailed my whole van and it look just like new. Also, he was on time which I truly appreciated. you can tell he loves what he does. Will absolutely use him for any of our car needs

We found Dorauto on line. Sylvester and I agreed on charges and appointment time for him to detail our two cars. He showed up promptly at 7:00AM and worked tirelessly until he finished at 6:30PM. The finished product was two immaculate cars that looked showroom knew. First rate in every respect.

Sly detailed my BMW X3 and my Porsche Boxster — WOW what a difference the detailing made! Both cars had significant environmental particles lodged in the top coat and felt like sandpaper to the touch. When Sly was done, they were silky smooth and beautiful. The Beemer hadn’t had an interior detail for 8 years and the inside looks amazing now. Both cars look new.
He was dependable, efficient, and a bargain. We’ll definitely be calling him back out.
