A 1 Clock and Watch Repair

If if could give zero stars I would.
Brought in a clock to be repaired, spoke with Mike R., who told me Louis Martin would call me in 2 days with estimate. Never heard a word. The store is so crowded you can’t even turn around… a real fire trap. Mike talked a lot, saying how he couldn’t make any more phone calls because he was out of minutes, etc.
Called about a week later… store phone would ring, then turn into automatic busy… like phone was shut off, not working, etc. called Louis on his cell phone, left message, never got a return call. I kept trying and trying… when Louis finally answered, he wouldn’t acknowledge who he was… had to pull it out of him. Anyway, he finally said he couldn’t fix clock.
So, not only couldn’t he do the work, they didn’t return phone calls, couldn’t reach them, avoided calls. Just reminded me of how many businesses act before they close!

Do not take you watch here for repair unless you are willing to accept very poor customer service. The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful toward his patrons.
