Terrible… I made appointment for an estimate and no one showed up! I even got a text message reminding me of the date and time which was also incorrect by an hour. I called and left two messeges with the answering service who said Billie would call me back… never did get a call. Wasted my time!!!

Excellent product and customer service. My husband and I recently moved to the desert and our condo had two windows (a sky light and a large arched front window) that did not have shades. The intense heat and glare coming in were really a problem. Billy from Desert Window Creations suggested two different solutions which worked GREAT! The glare is gone and these shades really have cut back on the heat coming in, too. Very happy with the products used, the professionalism and creative problem solving of Billy and the finished result. Would definitely recommend.

Good thing I found this place. I own a restaurant in Los Angeles and was shopping around for choice roller shades that would last with a lot of use being its a restaurant
Getting a quote: I got three estimates before someone recommended DWC. They showed up on time for their estimate (I believe I dealt with Billy). He was very informative about the products and had a lot of samples in their books. Their estimate was $ 3,500 cheaper than my lowest one and they offered me the same product as the guy who was charging me the most. I was really happy about this, being on a budget :)
Installation: once again they were right on time for their appointment. All of the colors I ordered and sizes matched up. They sent two guys and had everything up and running within an hour and left no mess!
I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Thanks guys!

Billy, the owner of Desert Window Creations is great… no pressure, just great advice… he helped me choose window coverings for two sliding glass doors and four windows and was always honest and very helpful. This was the smallest window treatment job I’ve ever ordered but Billy always made me feel like I was their best customer. The product I chose is top quality, looks better than I had hoped, and is highly functional. I have no reason to go anywhere else for comparison on any level for my future purchases. EXCEPTIONAL VALUE
