History

Established in 2009.

Dr. Ho opened Desert Eyeworks Optometry in February of 2009 in Palm Desert. She remains dedicated to creating an environment that promotes quality and individualized eye care by providing customer satisfaction through professionalism, enthusiasm and the expertise of the staff and optometrists. Dr. Ho believes that going above and beyond in service, by recognizing and being proactive in individual patient eye care needs and by also addressing their fashion style needs, Desert Eyeworks Optometry is able meet its ultimate goal of forming long-​term relationships with customers.

Dr. Serena Ho is Board Certified in Optometry and Therapeutics. While she treats patients of all ages including multi-​generational families, her extensive clinical background affords her a sensitive and in-​depth understanding of the mature residents of the Coachella Valley.

Dr. Serena D. Ho always wanted to be a respected doctor and a successful business owner. She kept her eye on her childhood goals and today has achieved both.

Education, Training & Expertise

Dr. Ho is a graduate of Illinois College of Optometry, with a bachelor degree in Biopsychology from University of California, Santa Barbara. She received her optometric training at the Stanford and Rhode Island Veteran Affairs Hospitals, Omni Eye Specialist Group in Baltimore and Illinois Eye Institute.
