My Sg5 had a cracked screen and I was referred to this place and I had the cash so I stopped by, they were done before I finished shopping .
My carrier only wanted me to buy another phone and continue my contract but wouldn’t take my phone as a trade do to the Crack so I have a new screen (new phone) and no contract free agent lol. Will recommend this place and happily go back if in need.

I feel so bad taking so long to write this review but finally I have the time. I was having trouble with my iPhone and Verizon was absolutely NO help. I was greeted by Eric, whom was very pleasant with a nice smile. He was so knowledgeable and fixed my iPhone issue quickly. Thanks Eric if I have any more issues I will go straight to bumblebee wireless !

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I got my headphone jack, my screen and battery fixed for 50 dollars. The guy gave me the BEST deal and service because someone who previously fixed my phone messed it up and over charged me. This place is phenomenal, hands down the best service ever. He was super fast, friendly and unbelievably AMAZING!!! Anyone who needs their phone fixed– TAKE IT HERE!

After going to apple and getting told I needed to buy a new 800 phone in order to get my problem solved I was really pissed off. I guess my apple care expired like a month before I dropped my phone and cracked my screen. I remembered bumblebee in the mall and went to go see justin and Eric. These guys kill it. Had my phone turned around fixed in a couple minuets. So crazy forget about apple bumblebee is so tight! Justin is the man!

These guys were so awesome! Cracked iPhone screen, they fixed it. I bought a case that I learned later didn’t fit that well.
Screen came loose so I brought it back. They fixed it and gave me a new case no charge. Great customer service, efficient job on the phone. I’ll be back and highly recommend them!

They’re not limited to the services they provide as they are fixing our broken laptop that was shattered after a cross country flight. They go above and beyond for their customers. Bumblebee wireless is absolutely amazing ! I have been there at least 4 times because I am phone cursed and everytime they help me !!!
Today I just went because my phone wouldn’t charge and the manager took care of it for free! Even though it was my fault.
The management is amazing.
Within 30 minutes my phone was fixed.perfectly.
Everytime I have phone problems I go to bumblebee wireless !!!
They always fix my phone as if it is brand new !!

Just wanted to say AMAZING!!! service and knowledge from James the tech who repaired my screen and replaced my soon to burst battery on my iPhone 5. Very friendly and eager to take care of your requests. I went for a screen and digitizer replacement and walked away with a nice like new iPhone 5.

Some may think service is a thing of the past but when I visited Bumblebee today with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 they fixed it in five minutes and the charge was minimal! T-​Mobile in the mall said it was not worth fixing and they could get me a new one for only $ 12/​month. Best Buy wanted $ 150 to fix it.
I explained what was wrong and also the extensive web research I did to find the what the cause may be. They listened, checked it out and did what I suggested — FIXED!
From the girl who helped me to the tech — all were polite, friendly and earned a great review just by doing what they seem to do day in and day out — deliver great and friendly service.
Forget the big box stores for repairs (cell phones, tablets etc.) and check out Bumblebee in the Westfield Mall in Palm Desert.

Today I shattered my iPhone screen, I have (now had) warranty with Best Buy yet I still decided to check this place out! I’m so happy I did. I called with many questions before I decided to drive over because I had never used anyone other than Apple or Best Buy to fix my phones, and all of my questions were answered with lots of patients. Shattering my screen was uneventful on a very busy Wednesday, and they were able to replace my screen in a little under an hour!!!
Hopefully I never shatter my screen again, but if I do I know where to go.

Looked on my timeline and saw that the company Bumblebee Wireless that I had fixed my screen through Saturday decided it was okay to get onto my Facebook during installation and «like» their page. I’m sorry that’s totally not okay in my book. Will not be returning. What else did you open up on my phone? I’m furious. $ 120 dollars for you to invade my privacy? Also side note, there is a blemish on my screen, and the home button is slightly crooked. Was planning on taking it back this week since they offer 60 day warranty, but not if they’re going to go through my phone to gain promotion through my page. How disrespectful.
