Bedrosians Tile and Stone

If I could give 0 stars I would. Set-​up of this place is terrible. Huge, round customer service desk way far back from the entrance doors with tons of employees & not 1 of them looks up when you walk in. My fiancé & I walked around for 15 minutes before we passed someone & they barely muffled «need help?» as if we were a bother. Their choices of slabs for counters is slim to none. We asked if they provide samples to take home and they charge you for them. We left here & went to Arizona Tile across the street. They are AMAZING. Everyone do yourselves a favor & go to Arizona Tile.

I can see why people think that the customer service is nonexistent, but I think it’s because when you go to the showroom, you’re walking around, looking at things, and personally, I don’t want someone there with me at hand and feet trying to sell me their products. When I was ready to purchase and decide between options, I got GREAT service, especially with Jesse. He brought out tiles for me to see that were similar to those displayed and gave me great advice for things to consider between tiles.
I definitely recommend this place. I enjoyed not having someone trying to sell me something because I got to see for myself whether I liked their products without someone trying to convince me to purchase something. The people there are willing to help as long as you ask. I’ve been to this store and the store in Anaheim and the people there are also helpful.

Jesse was an awesome sales associate who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the store items. We were at the store for more than two hours and he was so willing to help out in any way. Thanks Jesse!

This store is clean, the staff is super friendly. Was assisted by Denise and Liza and they made it soooo easy to find what we needed. Denise was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. Keep up the great job!

I purchased 12 beautiful slabs of Neptune Bordeaux and I will be purchasing 2 more slabs. Kirsten Meyer helped me the first time and she was fantastic, but unfortunately she doesn’t work there any longer. I only gave a four star because I was told my 2 slabs were delivered from Orange to the showroom but when I got there last Wednsday all the way from OC they were not there; a wasted trip! They assured me that my slabs will be in this week, I’ll keep you posted! I might be wrong but I get the feeling that they prefer to deal directly with contractors, however Annika has been extremely helpful and very accomodating, so I would suggest asking for Annika.

There is 3 top tile suppliers that I recognize as top quality in products, customer service, that I would refer my clients to & use for my own home
Bedrosian’s is by far one of the best tile suppliers in the desert.

I was sent to this store by my contractor. Arrived about 10 minutes before store opened. When the girl unlocked front door at 8 she never opened door and said Hello or acknowledged that I was standing in front. I looked around showroom for 25 minutes was never approached by anyone. There were about 6 girls working so I just walked out. Nice showroom too bad they are not interested in selling their products. I joined Unilocal just to leave this review I am amazed a company can stay in business with this type of customer service. I needed 5000 sq feet of flooring oh well they lost out.

Another showroom bites the dust! Would NEVER purchase anything from these people. Inattentive, uninterested, snobby staff would rather talk amongst themselves and deal with their computer than talk to a customer who actually walks into the showroom.
What the hell is a showroom for if not to LURE the customer into their clutches!!!

We highly recommend this store, me and my husband went to Bedrosians looking for granite and tile, Annika was helping us and she went the extra mile trying to help us, we came back 3 more times after the first time because they’re prices were real low. Every time we came back Annika helped us, she was extremely nice and helpful. If you want excellent customer service go with Annika!

We have received outstanding service at this beautiful tile and granite store. Denise has been so helpful and creative with her ideas for bathroom tile. We were impressed with the extensive showroom and our orders arrived within days.

Nonexistent customer service.
They have a large showroom and large warehouse. Many of the products we saw elsewhere, so we didn’t see anything new or exciting.
Of all the tile and granite businesses we visited, they were the only one to charge for samples. And, how do we know this if there was no customer service? There was a sign posted over the samples.
Coming here was frustrating. We waited and waited for service, decided to wait no more and took our business elsewhere.

Multiple bad experiences with this place. Showroom is beautiful and personnel seem helpful and attentive, but very disappointing when it comes to actually getting the product to the customer.
1^st order was a couple pieces of prefab granite counter top — I was told that 6″ back splash was included with every counter top (preferring this to the typical 4″ I chose Bedrosian’s instead of another place with lower prices). When my contractor arrived to pick up the order they provided him with only broken pieces of back splash and claimed that ‘back splash is not guaranteed’. (This was never communicated during the purchasing process, only that back splash was always included.)
They ultimately did provide me with unbroken pieces (took some serious hounding), but the colors didn’t match so wasn’t usable anyway. Ended up with a mosaic tile instead that ended up costing a few hundred extra — so not only did I pay more for the granite, ended paying again for the alternate splash.
But they did try so thought I’ve give them another shot.
This time I ordered some nice glass mosaic tile, and had my contractor call them to get his price and finalize the order (not sure why they insisted he contact them again as he’d been involved with the previous order). Tile was in stock at their Orange County warehouse and both I and my contractor were told (on 2 separate occasions no less) that it would be in by a specific day and could be PAID FOR WHEN PICKED UP.
Install day arrived, we went to retrieve… of course it wasn’t there (no one had submitted the order, apparently because it hadn’t been paid for yet!!!). Latest word, it will be in first thing Monday (unless the truck is late)…or perhaps sooner, on Saturday (if the truck shows — no one really knows until it gets there, and there’s no one in the company they can ask prior).

Pros: fancy show room, kids play room, good selection, competitive pricing.
Cons: poor customer service.
I was initially told the tile would be in within three days and the balance within five days. We specifically chose a piece at the recommendation of the employee because she said the product would be here quicker. Well, it was not. We were given three different dates of delivery and they missed them all without a phone call. Response I received was «I understand». Never an alternative solution or follow up phone call. Suggestion on another product, discount, or other options. This is unacceptable as it costs me more money because of their delay. Now the trades are backed up on my project. Ugh, frustration by everyone. The other frustrating part was the manager was behind the employee and never said a word after I expressed my frustration with the repeated delays.
The company may want to evaluate how they resolve product delays. Stating I understand is not an acceptable response these days. Take it the next step to a fair resolution. Don’t promise a delivery date and miss it 3X. That’s 3 strikes in my book. Never again. If you say you are going to deliver it on a certain date, it better be be there or before.

After perusing slate at Home Depot, I knew I would need to order a bit better quality of material so I went to Bedrosians. Since I’ve been a licensed general contractor for over 25 years, I knew what I wanted. Granted, it was a small order, but no one came to assist me, so I got an order form and filled it out myself after reviewing the sample boards shown. I specifically wanted 12×12 «GAUGED» tiles, and «TUMBLED» 6×6 tiles. Unfortunately they had none in stock and had to have it shipped from their other location in Orange County. When I picked the materials up later that week, I was surprised that the 6×6 tiles were not «tumbled» like the samples, but looked more like they had tumbled off of a truck. I took a look at the 12×12 tiles and questioned if they were «Gauged». I asked the sales person to look at the sample boards which I had ordered from, holding my urchased tiles along side their samples for comparison. The sales person had no idea, …“the order says they are gauged and tumbled” was the response. A manager came out and rudely stated the 12×12’s were gauged and the 6×6’s were tumbled, and then left saying, «I’m not going to argue with you.» I asked again for them to look at the differences.
Fast forward to installing them… NO WAY the 12×12 tiles were gauged, …the thicknesses were all over the map, and the cut dimensions (length x width) weren’t uniform. …don’t get me started on what «tumbled» stone appears like. Waste was almost 50%.
I should have stayed with the Home Depot tiles at 30% of the cost.
Quality — terrible
Service — minimal
Customer satisfaction — Zero, …and rude
NEVER AGAIN! Nor would I recommend any of my clients going there.

Kirsten Meyer is a dream to work with. She was so patient with my mother whom had to pick out shower and floor tile but had no idea what she wanted. Bedrosians has an incredible selection of tile, and Kirsten is very knowledgeable and patient. I recommend this place to anyone whom is not sure what they want.
