Very professional job. I didn’t think some stains would come out, but to my amazement they did. It looks better than I was expecting. Robert was very friendly to deal with.

Josh cleaned our condo for the second year in a row.
After finishing the first run, he redid the heavily stained areas until they also were perfect.

Use to deal with Sears before. Last time I had a water stain from sum-​pump malfunction, Sears came and said that they’ll try to get it out, but no guarantee… However, I had to pay upfront even before they try doing anything. Of course it did not come out! I called Servdry afterwards. After my problem description, guys said that they will try to get it out. If they don’t do the job, they promised not to charge me a penny. It took 4 trips before the job was done (3 of those at no charge). The spot finally came out. Jeff personally called me to follow and make sure that the job is done to satisfaction! From now on — Servdry only for my carpet cleaning needs.

This company is very good! We called for our office to be cleaned and had to do it on a very short notice and they literally came within the hour and got the job done in very fast. That didn’t stop them from doing an amazing job. Very fast and very thorough job. Charlie and Robert were also very kind and friendly to have in the office. Highly recommend this company! There prices were set in stone, no hassle, no up-​charges, no selling. Very flatline rate and laid out. This is our second time going to this company and we will continue to do so.

I was able to make an appointment on a short notice for my rental townhouse in Grayslake. Manager Jeff was very accommodating. And I am a «high maintenance «guy. At the end everything was done to my satisfaction and I highly recommend this service.

Jeff w review was right on. I had a similar problem with traffic pattern. Did not think they would come clean. Servedry did get them clean and got all of the rest of the carpet clean as well. Very satisfied highly recommend. everything was as stated

ServDry is a great company to with. I received a quote instantly over the phone and was able to get an appointment right away. When the gentlemen arrived, there were no hidden costs and the did a beautiful job on the carpets! I will definitely be using them again for my area rugs in the near future.

We used Servdry for several of our locations and they did a fantastic job. Removed stains that have been ground in for years that other companies couldn’t get out. I would highly recommend using this company. Don’t be fooled by these other companies that say they can clean your carpeting and quote you some ridiculously low price. You definately get what you pay for and the money we spent was definately worth it with Servdry.

I have used different carpet cleaners before and I loved servdry. They were on time, got the job done on time and very professional. They vame to do what was agreed upon in advance, no upselling or high pressure additional services. Price was exactly as promised. I added stairs to the service and tgere was no problem with it. Can highly recommend.

Serv dry did a great job at cleaning some old dinning room chairs and an area rug that is white. My chairs and rug look brand new. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. I will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend.

Apparently you’re supposed to clean your carpets every six months, but for us it’s probably been a few years. Called ServDry a few days ago and they were able to come out quickly, plus they did an awesome job. We did the whole house, but the upstairs hallway and the area the dog seems to especially like were in bad shape and now they look like new. Very professional, honest (the guy found a $ 5 bill under my kids bed and put it on the dresser) and managed expectations well. Will definitely use them again.

So very happy with ServDry. They were professional, honest, prompt, worked hard, and proved to be a top notch carpet cleaning service. My carpet came out looking like new! With that being said, I now have carpet cleaning/​disaster recovery «guy» in ServDry!

We had the unpleasant experience of walking into our basement office late one night and realizing the carpet was soaked from the rain! We immediately started drying the carpet with what towels we had and had our neighbors bring all their towels as well… I reached out to a few flood places around midnight and didn’t hear from anyone until around 6am the next morning.
The first company to get back to me told me they would need to demo the room, remove the carpet and pad and throw them out and remove 2 feet of dry wall from each wall and the charge would be $ 1800 and that was just to demo, not to come back and fix anything. Being a female I felt like I was being ripped off… I explained to them there was never any standing water, and that this was fresh rain water not sewer water and that there was no water damage to the walls and we would like to try and save the carpets, he told me this was impossible to do. So I said no thanks!
Then Mark from Servdry called and explained what he thought was the problem, and that all they needed to do was come out extract the water from the carpet and pad put some industrial strength fans on it to dry it out and leave a dehumidifier in the room for 3 days and the carpet will be saved… he also mentioned the walls are most likely not affect b/​c there was no standing water (not enough water for the walls to absorb. This is exactly what my Dad (who is a contractor) told us). He was so honest over the phone that I immediately felt comfortable hiring them. They were out to our house by 11am that day (they were with another customer that morning that had a full basement flood). They cleaned the carpet and treated it so mildew/​mold would not grow, set up the fans and dehumidifiers and were on their way! He’s been in touch daily to check the progress of everything, and when I noticed some water stains on the baseboards I sent him a photo and again he told me the same thing my contractor father told me… it’s not a mold issue and that will just wipe it clean when they pick up their equipment, he got back to me immediately via text! This ended up saving us so much time and money (they charged far less than our original quote from the demo guys), and our basement office was saved… our hardwood floor hallway though, that’s another story for another company to deal with I would highly recommend them for flood damage clean up, and carpet cleaning as well. These guys are truly professionals and so honest which is hard to find now a days!

I found this company initially for carpet cleaning, and was very satisfied with their customer service and the work performed. My carpet looked like new when they were done. I also liked that they did not try to upsell me when they arrived at my home.
Last spring my sump pumps stopped working, and my basement flooded. I called Servdry and they came out and got the water cleaned up and removed the damaged drywall and insulation.
They came back and replaced the drywall and made the place look like the place looked before the flood.
I highly recommend them for your home.

Amazing job they did!!! Better than Stanley steamer. Got out stains that were super old that no one else was able too. Fast efficient and best job for carpet cleaning. Highly recommend.
